The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating, making everyone—from solo diners to large groups—feel right at home.
What really sets La Petite Marche apart is its lively ambiance, especially during their frequent live music nights. On our recent visit, we were lucky enough to catch a performance by the incredible Mari Sild—Muusika ja Mõtted. Her soulful voice and captivating presence transformed our evening into something truly memorable. The venue regularly hosts a variety of talented musicians, creating a unique blend of great food and cultural discovery that’s hard to find elsewhere in the city.
Whether you’re a music lover, a brunch enthusiast, or just looking for a fun spot to gather with friends, La Petite Marche delivers on all fronts. Don’t miss their live music nights—especially if you get the chance to hear Mari Sild perform! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the best of Montreal’s food...
Read moreIf I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant for a nice dinner and a drink. Everything was going fine, the food was okay, the drinks were pretty good and the performer was amazing. When it came time to pay, I realized that I could not afford a tip, and therefore didn’t leave one. My bill was already $50. Upon seeing that I hadn’t left a tip, our waiter made sure to let me know that if I couldn’t afford to tip, then I shouldn’t go out at all. This is BY FAR the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with a member of staff. I get it, times are rough, I’m young and I understand that tips are valuable. However they are also worked for and earned. I will not be returning here, nor will it be recommended to anyone that asks. The staff should not turn on a guest as soon as money...

There was only one other table in the whole restaurant. They should’ve been grateful for our business not adding dollars here and there! Anyway I won’t be returning to this restaurant nor do I really recommend it. The restaurant adding $2 after 4pm was a...
