hi! i have been a big fan of your butter chicken and had it ordered many times for me and my roomates because i am absolutely obsessed. i know this is a long reach but i was wondering if i could contact you to get your recipe, if only for the sauce. i cannot live without it. i recently moved back to mont-tremblant and i am going through withdrawals symptoms. i want and could eat this butter chicken everyday for every meal, i can absolutely never get enough and I am seriously considering a career in cuisine just to be hired at your restaurant just so I can manage to taste the wonderful Maharaja's Palace butter chicken again one day. Please do not worry about any type of sharing of said recipe. I would absolutely not be able to live with myself knowing this same butter chicken is being cooked without it being shared with me. A single sniff from the sauce can genuinely make all of my worries and problems go away. Please consider emailing me or telling me even just which ingredients you are using. I would be forever grateful, and eat at your restaurant everytime I return to Montreal. Please consider opening a restaurant in Mont-Tremblant. I am quite perplexed with these glorified reviews. After seeing the reviews - I placed an order via Doordash yesterday and I got the worst Indian food in recent times.

The chicken biriyani was a disaster, it never looked or tasted like biriyani. I am unsure of how the chef decided to make chicken biriyani with bell peppers (red & orange) - 1/3rd of the plate was filled with bell peppers & there was hardly any chicken. Quality & taste of the rice was really bad.

Next item on the order was lamp vindaloo - it was also bad but bearable in someway. It was in no way tasting authentic.

Overall, the quality of food for the price paid was subpar.

I am unsure if this is the quality of food at the restaurant or if they provide subpar food for food delivery services (UberEats/Doordash etc).

If you are planning to have authentic Indian cuisine or anything closely resembling to Indian cuisine - then please don't order from here especially via a Food...

I went here around 12:30 am today. No menu was given had to go get it myself same with other customers who were there. The girl came to see me at 12:40. Took my order for chicken biriyani and one beer. I got my beer at 12:50. 10 mins is long jus for a drink. My food arrived at 1:20. 40 mins later. When i order i asked her how long it would take she responded 20 mins maximum. I started eating and the chicken was dry with no flavour not fully cooked. I ended up eating just the rice since i was starving with the wait. Not recommended. I went there earlier this week to get samosa and the service was amazing. I think it’s probably the individuals working wasnt capable of handling a total 12 customers which included myself. Down point is i told her the problem and she answered thank you.
