McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

Been coming here for breakfast for more than 10 years now. I honestly thought the only problems from this place was from ordering on the drive through, extra hash browns you PAID for missing, and not being able to charge from a broken outlet. But damn did I feel like I got slapped in the face this morning. So some context, there's no longer a fountain drink here, so no refills. Better to order a large drink if your ordering a lot. As annoying as something you've been used to for a while being no longer there this isn't the only McDonald's doing it so it's no real skin of my back. But when you order for a large drink and pay an extra dollar and ten cents, then be given what looks like a small and when pointing it out, being told that yes that's a "large". I'm a regular, I know what a large looks like, so unless McDonald's changed their cups recently and decided to cheap out, I've just been lied to, to my face. Can literally even compare my cup to the gentleman next to me who ordered a large coffee.

Feels like they're always trying to rob a dollar from you here, from missing ordered hash browns to wrong drink...

I visited this McDonald's on 05/19/2021 after lunch time. I waited in a long waiting line for a car service, on my turn I didn't hear any voice from their speaker, so I decide to drove up to the window and make my simple order. I was surprised that's they refused to serve me, the manager ignored the fact that their microphone might not work and some issue was there. I just wanted to order one cup of medium coffee with the coupon. The manager preferred to start the discussion for just two dollars of sale, he ignored all customers in waiting line and create a long waiting traffic, showing disrespect to the customers at the cash and those who are waiting in car line, instead of just giving out coffee with a coupon. They don't want to see any customers in this place, they disrespect our waiting time, no any respect to the customers! This is not over customer's oriented restaurant at all !!! Don't wast your time and I do not recommend to spend your money where the customer service hate their customers, because we are not...

Found out about their 1 cup free refill a few days back. Was having coffee at 12:45AM on a wednesday with two friends. Asked for a refill, only to be told that it is only available between 5AM until 11AM(still have to be verified if this is true) Logically speaking if their breakfast is served all day long shouldn't the free refill be all day as well? In addition, if this location is stingy with their coffee at 1AM then whoever drinks their coffee at 2AM will be served sedimented sludge that is neither fresh nor "McCafé" worthy. Should you find yourself at this location after 1AM, I strongly suggest to step backwards and walk to always fresh Tim Hortons a mere few meters away. If not, the other much nicer less stingier to their clients, customer service driven Mc Donalds up the hill on Jean Brillant next to Côte-des-Neiges metro station...
