The service is one of the worst I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Got there with a groupon with my GF for a reservation at 6PM. No one took care of us as we walked in, then when the lady saw us she pointed at some tables as she was on the phone. After having a hard time understanding we had a groupon, she took forever (20+ min) to come take our order. Dinner was alright except for the sweet and sour soup that my GF had. The tofu was disgusting, the soup smelled really bad and there was supposed to be shrimp in it. There was one... After trying to eat it my GF told the lady she ordered the one with shrimp not tofu and that she really didn't like it. The answer was "yes tofu" then the lady left. She had us feel bad for not eating it when she came back to get the plates. To top it off, she left the restaurant during the service. End of shift mid serving? We were left for 15 mins without a waiter having still to order dessert. They sent a guy from the kitchen to serve us for the rest of the meal. It felt bad leaving a tip for that sub par service. DON'T GO THERE! Find somewhere else in the area as Asian restaurants aren't that hard to come by...

As others have also mentioned in their reviews, I was told I didn't need a reservation when I called about my Groupon. Arrived there and the moment my party and I walked in we were demeaned by the arrogant woman who met us, whether she is the owner, manager, I don't know. She was very offensive and told us she was booked solid at 6pm (it was 4:10pm) and she yelled at her male workers when I told her that some man the day before said we didn't need a reservation. She then huffed and puffed in front of everyone dining and her workers to move tables around to seat us, and then we sat and we were told over and over that we had to eat and be out by 6pm. The food was good, but I would never go back there again, and to see that our experience wasn't the only one like this makes it clear there is definitely an issue understanding how customer service works. We called to ask for a reservation, the person who answered told my husband that we don't need a reservation, when we showed up the lady greeting us spent the first 15 minutes asking us who we spoke to simply to scold the employee because this was apparently not true. She than got angry and told us off because we arrived with no reservations even though the restaurent almost empty. She had no decorum and the situation could have easily been resolved, but she made our night very unpleasant.
The lady that greeted us even had the audacity to return constantly to our table simply to tell us to hurry up. She made it so so difficult to enjoy our meal, she even gave us a time that we needed to finish eating by! She said that we had to be gone by 6:00!
And now I'm at home stuck to the toilet bowl, I doubt it's a coincidence that this is happening right after eating there.
