Pizza Charlevoix — Restaurant in Montreal

June 28th 11h26pm: the poor nice delivery man, came back, with my money, I only accepted to take the money of the food I didn't used. But like they say 1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me. Got my lesson, No more pizza charlevois for my family. Other business that value their clients need support.

June 28th. I used to love this place because it s halal and near by. I ordered the usual trio but received a wrong order, called to ask for a replacement and sending back the wrong. It took so long, the employees are nice, however the managers Hassan has no respect for women, he was very very agressive, After I called, back for a follow up, I understand it a hockey game but every client deserves respect and proper service. I asked for a refund for the non used food: pizza the drinks and the fries, none were used. He yelled at me so much, screaming that he would not reimburse that I speak so much, that I should go to sleep and that the he will call his delivery man to bring everything back to his restaurant,and that I can call the police, that I am not his only client.that he doesn't care .... he was just too agressive and scary...at a certain point, I just hangup, I was stunned😳😳😳 . The delivery boy, came to bring me the pizza, so I sent him back everything I paid 39.10$ and sent everything back, this man was scary and agressive.

Like I said 40$ is still money, this man is so Not safe and healthy. Be careful.

I came here total of 4 times as food delivery guy the first two times there was the guy with the long beard in the cashier and he was respectful and sincere. Yet my other two experiences were terrible. My last two visits I saw flies in the Glass cabinet where they sell the pizza slices I told the guy in a respectful way so maybe he could remove the pizzas or try to let out, Shockingly he didn’t do anything five minutes later a customer came and he sold him the same exact pizza that the fly was all over it. I was waiting for the order and shocked. After the customer has left I asked him how could’ve you sold it he said it’s too busy now I’ll take care of it later. So I just took my order and left. Today exactly the same thing happened I came in for an order and guess what a fly in the glass cabinet where it’s full of Pizza slices, there was an Algerian guy when I told him about it instead of trying to let the fly out he got very defensive and disrespectful. I told my DoorDash customer about what happened he said he would cancel and not order anymore.. …. I really never leave reviews and I don’t like affecting other peoples business. Yet when you see what I saw and how careless people are with other people food it made me really wanna leave a review. Next time I I’ll be sharing...
