Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

Ok so this is the location that delivers to my house.

When you have a problem they don’t answer the phone. You speak with the Pizza Hut call centre and they won’t even answer the phone for the agents there.

They are insistent on placing your cold drinks inside the hot bag with the hot food. This is the location you need if you’re looking for warm pop and cold pizza.

Finally they refuse to properly use the online interface corporate has created for them. There’s a tracking app that tells you the status of your order, but at all levels from the admin to the kitchen to the driver, no one is updating the status.

The most common thing I’ve see is the drivers just claim the pizza is delivered when it’s not there yet. Even when it’s not even close.

Call customer service and if your order is late they’ll tell you to call back when the driver arrives , and they’ll tell the driver to reduce the price. It is a very clunky system but at least they are making a half-ozzed effort to compensate when the franchisee can’t keep control of their own business.

Do better, Pizza Hit Outremont. I’d understand if you were offering a discount product. But people can’t afford to pay high prices for cold pizza, warm drinks, and bad...

This place offered a wide variety of pizza toppings and styles, which was impressive. They even had some unique and creative combinations that I hadn't seen before. This was a major plus, as it catered to a wide range of tastes, making it easy to find something for everyone.

However, the experience took a turn when it came to the actual pizza. The crust was disappointingly greasy. It left an oily residue on my fingers, and I felt like I needed a stack of napkins just to handle my slice. The grease also impacted the overall taste and texture of the pizza, making it less enjoyable than I had hoped for. I prefer a crispy, not overly greasy crust.

The service was another area where this restaurant fell short. I had to wait longer than expected to receive my order only to find out that it had been prepared and had sat in a box on the side for twenty minutes. When they finally handed it to me, it was lukewarm, which was disappointing.

On the bright side, the prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. The affordability of the menu items was a definite highlight, and it made the less-than-stellar aspects of the experience a bit easier to...

5 STARS NOT ENOUGH!! $10 MY BOX!!!! I SHOULD BE PAYING MORE!! I just moved into the neighborhood about 6 weeks ago and this is the 3rd order I've placed and the third time the guys knocked it out of the park. I know Pizza Hut is a franchise and they're all supposed to taste the same but you can taste the care these guys put into their work. I'm a chef and not a fan of "fast food" but I know food and I know people and when placing my first order there in person, by chance, I could tell the young guys working there have passion for what they do. You can actually taste it. I highly recommend either stopping by and pick up a menu or give them a call. Say Rob sent you!
