🦪: The oysters were fresh, juicy and downright delicious! 5 stars for the oysters and the service at the oyster bar! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

🦞: The lobster roll on the other hand was nothing but a disappointment. 👎🏼 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We ordered a lobster roll but got more shrimp than lobster. 🤷‍♀️ The whole thing tasted like mayonnaise and green onions. The bun was perfectly toasted though… Overall way way overpriced!

But what ruined it for me was the service we got from the lady at the cash: it was pittyful. We didn’t know where to wait for our order and she was no help what so ever. She was visibly annoyed with everyone and made us all feel like we were bothering her! We were a bunch in front of the cash wondering where to go and nobody dared to ask her for help. We ended up going to the lady at the takeout counter on the side to inquire. She was nice and helpful 😊.

Luckily a man took over at one point and eased things up a bit. But our impression was already made…

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my overall experience. You can definitely find better lobster rolls and much better...

I bought some bad fish "BOS Smoked Fish" at Poissonnerie Aqua Mare, that chunk was not cheap 10$. It was frozen and there was no expiration date on it. Once home it had melted a little bit. What should`ve been vacuum pack, was loose inside and it was not smelling good.

This market is also very far from my place, it`s not worth it for me to go back there, just for that. I was hoping to be offered equal or more in value as a compensation, sent to me by mail. Like everyone, I hate wasting my money. They offered me a store credit of equal value, if I return the item in person. Not good enough!

Interesting thing to note: The expiration box didn't have a printed date or expiration date sticker. If it's a sticker that goes in there, it can be easily removed by unscrupulous retailer, to extend it's shelf life. This would be so wrong and probably illegal.

I haven't heard back from BOS Smoked Fish yet. But as soon as I do I'll get the story straight about that expiration date box, sticker...

I went in there in a rush and asked for a box of Oysters. They handed me a " 24 Oysters box '" for 30$. Got home, it was an 18 Oysters box.

Opened the first one an hour later to realize they were almost a month old, rotten and dangerous. Called them right up and spoke to a lady that told me to come back the next day with the box to get a full refund.

Got there, paid parking, only to be told they are not "authorized" for refunds and is just not their policy. If me or my friend had eaten their oysters, we would've ended up in the hospital. Clearly they did not care about their mistake and tried to pull one off. After 10 minutes of arguing they offered me a lobster to compensate. I will never...
