Presotea — Restaurant in Montreal

We had the bad experience ever in this location the cashier has no customer service skills and very rude. My son ordered coca banan drink and made the wrong drink, my son immediately told him this is not the right order and the cashier refused to change the order even though the drink was not opened and sealed. I tried to talk to the rude cashier and asked for the manager and he refused to call his manager and kept saying he can’t change the order and this is what he heard. It was by far the worst customer service the worst cashier and will never come back to this location.

Thank you for replying. However, as a customer you should treat your customer with respect in order for the customer to respect you and your employee. My kids didn’t order from the menu you are mentioning a first lie. My son always order Coco Banana in Ottawa which is in Montreal you have it named differently, my son realized this is not the drink that he always get therefore we asked you employee politely to do the switch before opening the drink and taking the drink. If you know me you know I have a special place in my heart for bubble tea. And what a city, Montreal, for Bubble tea lovers. So many stores; literally at every corner. Presotea is one of my favorites, I usually take the n30 which is perfect in summer as it is not heavy and very refreshing. In comparison with competitors; their price is the best in my opinion as their drinks usually come in bigger sizes than other stores. I got to try more than 20 flavors and I can say you will find every possible taste you can think of. Now for the service, as I go daily to this place, I had some bad encounters, but 90% of the time it would be perfect with friendly staff. One other downside is that it is usually very crowded and you have to wait for your drink usually around 15 minutes depending on the time and location. Relatively fast service (if pre-ordered 30 mins prior), seems clean

I regularly order the mango slush drinks, the cheese frappés and the brown sugar boba. I have tried giving this succursale the benefit of the doubt and ordered from them at least 5 times, hoping that it will be like the other succursales. I don't know what they do differently in the Côte-des-Neiges succursale but the mango slush drinks taste powdery and the cheese frappés taste watery. Their brown sugar drinks are okay. I never have this experience with other Presotea succursales and I have been to all Montreal and Québec City Presotea stores.

I was first attracted to Presotea when it first opened in Chinatown because their drinks were not made with powder and tasted fresh compared to their competitors. Not sure what this succursale is doing but please don't cut costs on your drinks as it hinders...
