You know how in real estate add they put Location Location Location, here I will say Marvelous 5 Stars and beyond. The best part of it is the crew, the staff and especially Nour, he made our experience one of the best in our journey tasting and discovering hidden jams everywhere, he was so knowledgeable about the coffee but mostly passionate about his job and the company he works for, very rare to see that ✅ he went over different beans and brews and we tasted few of them and we ended up buying 4 bags of coffee and souvenirs. The coffee has a unique taste and also they have all type of roasts. The place is very clean retro and chill. Over all it is definitely a great place to go to and for those around it’s a great place to regularly get your caffeine dose. Thank you guys. Dropped by Structure Café near Victoria Square and honestly, solid spot. The croissant? Extra buttery, extra good, like the kind that makes you question if you should order another one just to stare at it. The cappuccino I had was dark, flavorful, and definitely better than your run-of-the-mill coffee.

Now, about the price… a “medium” runs about $5 plus tax, but the cup size feels more like a “fun-sized” version compared to other cafés. Quality is there, no doubt, but don’t expect quantity. Picked up 3 coffees and a croissant for my colleagues and the bill hit around $25. Not exactly cheap for a quick coffee run, but the taste does make up for it.

Came in to have pour over and was enamoured with how beautiful of a space the cafe was. Had wonderful service provided by the staff. Very friendly and chatty to speak with me about coffee. Even offering other cafe's to visit on my trip. The pour over had great clarity and a very roasted peach taste. I went with the lighter roast option of their offerings. Before I left, I decided to try their decaf, which was a darker roast than I usually like for straight espresso, but even that was a pleasant surprise.
