Had a very bad experience with them, ordered a cake for my friend’s surprise birthday party and the cake ended up surprising all of us in a bad way. The cake was not enough for 6 people even though on their website it says it’s for 4-6 people, and it was not well structured, the picture will speak for itself. It’s an extremely small cake and overpriced for what’s it’s worth. We contacted the owner, they seemed defensive about the situation and were trying to find faults in other places. They offered us a box of cookies to show good faith but it’s been two weeks and we have not yet received anything. I don’t feel like they’re customer experience oriented and seemed careless about theirs customers’ satisfaction. We are very disappointed.

Mmmmm.... Cookies.🤤🤤 Deliciously sweet, tender, melt-in-your-mouth, decadent... There is no shortage of adjectives to describe this chewy bite of heaven. We just had to visit this newly opened bakehouse ASAP. Do you need to go out of your way to find this perfectly decorated 90's themed shop? Yes you do! The cookie told me so. Add it to your bucket list now. Note: Super friendly, very helpful staff and totally peanut & nut free

the store was a tiny bit confusing to find, but once you get there, it has a cute vibe and nice aesthetic 🤗 the cookies were good but nothing out of the ordinary. my favourite one was the blueberry one! 🫐

We decided to visit the place after a post of MTL Blog showing their cookies and coffee drinks. They are located closed to a popular spot in montreal, Canal Lachine. However accessing the location was not clear and kind of inconvenient even with Google Maps. The lack of sign indicating their location made it difficult to find, we found it by luck. The spot is super cute, and it seems like they invested to make the spot aesthetically pleasing. The menu is very clear and easy to see. But, the cookie flavors offered for the day are not shown anywhere. (Maybe a chalkboard where they could update the cookie flavours of the day ?). We were greated by who we believe were the owners. They were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the menu choices where not available. The menu didn't offer enough caffeine-free options and most of them were out of stock. I had the "Golden Milk" from the Matcha section of the menu, which had Curcuma and Ginger . However, I couldn't taste any those flavors. My friend had the iced coffee, and it was good. We also had 6 cookies that were a bit pricey for their quality. They looked super cute but not the best I had. They have a side window that can be easily accessible by Canal Lachine, that hopefully will be open soon. The place has definitely potencial. We can see that the owner really care about their business and the satisfaction of their customers, so we wish...

My family was visiting Montreal from the states. We only had one day here, and I was delighted to see that there was a nut free bakery because my son has severe nut allergies and is unable to get items from a traditional bakery. We show up to this location at 1:30 on a Friday. The hours listed on Google say they are open until 4pm. No alternate hours are listed on the company’s website. We spend forever just locating this place (inside an industrial building as well as a takeout window accessible from a bike path) only to find no one at the bakery. We wasted nearly 90 minutes of our time driving there and trying to find the place in the most bizarre and inaccessible location possible, and the business can’t even be bothered to operate at their advertised hours. Unacceptable. No answer when we called their phone number either. Wish we could opine on the actual baked goods, but obviously that is...
