After going almost every week, I've decided to try these other guys for all you can eat midi/lunch, as they are from the same chain (menu and prices). Everything was OK, per my expectations. The same diverse menu to choose "all you can eat" from. They do offer senior price. I believe that that they open on noon time (even though google says 11:30 AM). --- To be improved: * the lunch scanned menu did not work (could not order from) when I came. I had to ask server help, who has "fixed" this (see below). * apparently, the server opened the dinner menu WITHOUT DISCLOSING THIS TO ME, so I found myself, being unaware, ordering from the dinner menu. * Later the manager on duty(?) came over, mentioning to me that I was ordering from the dinner menu. Instead of taking full responsibility for both above errors, he gave me a choice to either pay the dinner price, or to take the items off. No one has apologized for these error, which is problematic. Moreover, there was another client without a phone, who was also offered the dinner menu (at around 12:30 PM) by the same manger on duty(?). I don't think that this is appropriate * unlike ST. Dennis, the bill does not come with a candy. If I could I would have given it 4.5 points, because of the above. I'm looking forward to see what the business is going to do about this, now that I've publicly shared this.

The sushi is good. Not the highest quality but perfect quality for when you are really hungry and don't want to go to a sushi place where you pay per plate. Tempura is fantastic there, always hot and fresh. If you like salmon, I recommend trying the Torched salmon sushi, it's delicious because it has a hint of smokiness. Handrolls are great but can be filling. I normally get green tea ice cream as dessert but the last time I went it had mint according to the waitress which made it taste a bit sour which was weird. I preferred their previous supplier or flavour of green tea ice cream. Maybe just stick to the mango ice cream if you're not sure. In terms of service, they are generally good but I can understand some may find the staff a bit "stand off". When they are very busy it's a bit harder to get the waiters attention since they are constantly giving out orders. I still would recommend going here when you are craving sushi and are very hungry. The price on Friday to Sunday is more expensive since it's the weekend and more busy. Monday to Thursday is a decent price for supper since you can order a lot. Lunch time is even cheaper, I believe the menu option is a tad smaller but it still has so many choices.

I went here today with four of my friends. If Google had the option with zero star I would definitely choose it. The quality of food was very low! Never recommend this place for anyone! Meals were served late. The waiter was very aggressive and not polite at all. When I asked him about the late serving of food, he answered me they way that we all shocked! When I asked them for a napkin, they gave me a napkin in an unsanitary and insulting way. And finally, when we wanted to pay the bill, even though we were not satisfied at all, they forced us to give a tip! We tiped them as much as we want but they asked for more! Lol and they said tip is necessary in this restaurant !!!!! When we wanted to pay in cash, he asked us again for tip! I discussed these issues with the manager of this restaurant. He just looked at me without any justification or apology. I do not recommend this restaurant at all! they said tip is necessary in this restaurant !!!!! When we wanted to pay in cash, he asked us again for tip! I discussed these issues with the manager of this restaurant. He just looked at me without any justification or apology. I do not recommend this restaurant at all! It's completely waste of money and time! Wouldn't recommend atttttttttt allll

By far the worse customer service I’ve ever encountered. We were a group of 4 , once we got the bill we see a charge of 15% (service charges) plus the GST&QST. Of course there’s governmental taxes but the service charge I didn’t understand. On the menu it says there would be a charges of 15% for groups of 6 not 4. Long story short, they tried to charge us service charges even though we were 4 and they were going to charge taxes on the service charges plus the governmental taxes. This is ridiculous.. I asked the table next to us if they got charged as well but they didn’t because it was 4 separate bills, which means if we took 4 separate bills we wouldn’t get charged service charges. The manager told us to never come back, obviously because we were right (he started saying that it wasn’t the restaurant’s decision, it was a decision from the CRST) Food was average, the menu was dirty, the service wasn’t good at all. Very small restaurant, barely distance between each table. NEVER GO THERE!

I'll start with the bad, good news to follow... Well this is an over-expensive AYCE (all you can eat) sushi place that specializes in... Rice. Every single roll or hand roll tastes mostly (and is made up mostly) of rice, almost to the extent that it's made of rice alone 🍚. Now on the bright side, I accidentally discovered their "fried buns" option in the menu, which is served with condensed sweetened milk, and this has become my favorite dessert, coupled with Vanilla ice-cream! The mango ice cream is also great at this place! The green tea is very good, but not as sweet as I like it to be. On the other hand, all other high-rated sushi places in the area were not only full, but also booked for at least a couple more hours at the time I visited them. I'm not sure if this is always the case or due to Ramadan, I have no idea why, but I'm sure if things stay like this, sushi 🍣 is gonna become much more expensive 💸 than it already is in the area.

Since I was so tired and hungry I didn't read the phrase " all you can eat " on top of the menu and I never read the menus from beginning to the end. It was the only menu on the table I took it and ordered some sushi and after eating my meal I sat there for half an hour. It was absolutely clear for them that I'm not aware of the buffet menu but they didn't tell me any thing and at the end charged me $80 while I had payed $10 before for the same meal in this restaurant from a regular menu. It was my second time that I was in this restaurant and didn't know that there's 2 kinds of menu. I explained the manager that I've made mistake and I didn't know It was buffet and it's not fair to pay this fee for some sushi. but he didn't understand my mistake and accept to charge me less and treated unresentful and rude. I'll never come back there again since it was my worst restaurant experience in whole my life.
