ALL THE RICE YOU CAN EAT!! Sushi may be fresh but they’re full of rice: basmati rice (those sushi definitely don’t have the aspect, consistency, taste and shape of sushi rice). Sushis are extremely grotesque, thick and full of rice; the ingredients disappear inside the rolls with the exaggerated quantity of rice. Any order request will take 20 minutes (or most probably more). Customer service is the worst aspect that I could mention (after the food quality); after waiting for 30 minutes or more to get our third and last order (about 20-25 pieces) the sushis came so thick and full of rice that we simply couldn’t eat. It was so hard to swallow that much of rice that we’d to leave. We were aware of their menu note that says about a charge of CAD U$1,00 for each piece left in case of food waste, but we felt so tricked… our last order, when you’re already getting satisfied came with a surprisingly quantity of rice that was impossible to eat all. Charging customers for food wasting is a necessary rule for a all you can eat restaurant, but overcharging customers for a food that they couldn’t eat due to the quality is a trick and smart way to get you to pay more, there’s no other way to describe what happened to us. After being asked, manager reacted in the worst way possible, and said that would do a favor and waive five dollars from the twenty pieces left; not satisfied he (the manager) left the table talking loud in Chinese with the staff and other table behind us turned to look. A very unpleasant and unprofessional situation. I won’t never go back and I don’t recommend this restaurant for anyone. And I hope that others will take time to read this before getting tricked as well.
