ABSOLUTELY AWFUL RESTAURANT!!
TLDR: Family members and business partner went for lunch to this establishment. Coaxed into buying the all you eat. Ordered a reasonable amount of food, only got half of it, over the period of an hour. Asked three times for the bill. Had to pay full price for half a service. Went through the worst customer experience I've had in the last 5 years.
Full Story: Worst service I've had in the past 5 years - it was unbearably slow and dismissive. The most ordinary meals and sushis ever put on a menu. Very, very, very OVERPRICED.
My overall experience was preposterous, borderline insulting.
I came here with my father and a business partner before a meeting. The restaurant was at half capacity and what seemed a full staff.
We agreed to take the all you can eat menu and ordered 3 miso soups and about 15 sushis right away. It took them more than 45 minutes to get us the soups and only HALF of our order.
When we nicely explained that we were in a hurry and couldn't wait much longer, the waitress simply nodded and kept working, so we explained our situation to another waiter who reacted in the same manner. We expected them to react and start bring the other plates quickly, boy were we wrong.
Finally, after a bit over an hour or so, never having received the rest of our dishes we asked for the bill. We had to ask three times, to two separate waiters, for them to stop discussing between each other and to get our bill. When they handed it over, it was the full price - we were livid.
After going through that awful service, not even receiving the entirety of our order, we (always keeping a calm tone) asked if it was possible for them to do something about the bill seeing as we were paying for somethings we never got. The waitress serving us, seeing as we were clearly loosing patience, panicked and instead of reassuring us, told us she didn't know what to do and began to look away and finally walked away.
I asked her if she thought this was normal, and asked if this was a suitable way to treat their clients. She never answered. We paid and left.

Read moreOkay Hear me out, i used to come to that place everyday. Some time they would be an old man with glasses (Unfortunately HE REFUSED to give me his name so I have no idea what to call him) I think he’s probably the manager. On a regular Sunday I came in he seem pretty agitated, I waited patently at the door like always. He came to me to say me down right infront the door (mind you they were plenty of people in the back and a lot of other table). I asked him nicely if i could be more in the back area. He look annoyed, but sat me in the back still. Not even a little after, i order my food, and the table right next left, So i had a free spot to be alone without people being literally 2 feet next to me. It was literally the table next to me, so i changed place and took my QR code that’s signed to my table. He came to me and said you can’t do that you need to go sit back to the table you were. I was like what ?… Mind yourself i come to this restaurant almost every week or so. I was like i don’t understand the problem i mean you can just switch the table in ur system.. I don’t know why he got this mad, but he literally started to scream at me i front of everyone. (Mind yourself AGAIN IM COMPLETELY ALONE). I was completely in shock, literally screaming that i was coming into his business to make problem only and problem. I was completely in shock.. with tears in my eyes I stood up and asked for his name. He’s refusing to give it to me. He’s saying go ahead you can call the cops etc etc… when i never said i was gonna call ? for what reason ? COMPLET CINÉMA. I was in complete shock. I left the restaurant in tears and in disbelief of being treated and disrespected like this by a business i’ve been supporting for a year already. He clearly knew i was a regular… He saw me a couple of time.
That’s how you wanna treat ur regular: I’ll make sure everyone I know never come near ur business EVER again. You guys are...
Read moreFirst of all I don’t expect the quality of food or the tastes because of how unprofessional are the employees there. The waitress there wasn’t professional, the girl with orange hair with bow tie behind was really bad. She didn’t work passionately, she didn’t listen or care to the customers AT ALL. We went to the restaurant with my 3 months old sister she was sleeping in the BIG stroller and it’s a not good excuse to be said that she didn’t see the stroller at all, she was holding a dish and tried to pass through the gap between my mom’s chair and the wall while my little sister was beneath her hand holding the dish and she was trying to pass through the small gap, when we told her like really LOUD she ignored it and kept chatting with her coworkers until my mom had to shout out she finally got out and then ran away when we tried to tell her. And worst part is the manager, I guess, when we tried to give the comment about how unprofessional the waitress was politely, he dismissed that and said he either didn’t see the baby stroller while in the first place his own employee helped us to move the stroller and they obviously came to our table to serve. Worst part was the billing one, I agree that the restaurant is their workplace so they can speak their language which is Chinese, but sometime they have to keep their mouth shut because I understand what they said , they didn’t deserve to be tipped so I withdrew cash because they didn’t accept debit and asked for change back and they talked bad about us in Chinese because we didn’t tip and I understood all. To be honest, this is my advice from the bottom of my heart that handmade sushi at home by the guy doesn’t know anything about Asian cuisine is better than eating things in this restaurant. This is the first and last time I come...
