I am sorry to say but this has been the worst blowdry experience! When I booked the appointment for my blowdry with curls, I was told that I am gonna be charged 40$ and tax. I asked them how long it would take bcos I had to be somewhere and they told me its gonna be 45 mins to an hour. My appointment was at 2pm I reach the salon and I am told the hairdresser is not available for another 30 mins bcos the prior appointment was late. After mentioning that I have to be somewhere by 3.15, did they arrange someone and called him. He still walked in at 2.30. Coming to the service, the person who washed my hair was totally inexperienced. No proper placement of towels and the wash was extremely aggressive. No conditioner was applied which was shocking. I had water dripping everywhere bcos he didn’t scrunch my hair properly ruining my makeup in some places. My goal was a blow-dry with curls but since we were running so behind, I asked the hairdresser to finish off with a simple blow-dry, I didn’t have the time to get curls done. This was extremely upsetting bcos the whole point of going to the salon was to get my curls done. I could have used my own tools to blow-dry my hair myself. It doesn’t end there, the way the stylist blow dried my hair, led to matting and he couldn’t even manage to centre-part my hair. i did that myself, i specifically asked him to brush my hair bcos its matted. That stylist shouldn’t even be working there. At this point I could see my hair was dry and rough cos no conditioner and no application of products to make it look better. When we get to the bill, he asked me for 65$ + tax, I told him that I was told its only gonna be 40$, he did some reduction but still ended up charging me 65$ after tax, came off to 72$ with tip.

For an aggressive wash - no conditioner - water dripping everywhere - worst blowdry - matty hair - doesn’t know how to part - overpricing the service, I would give this salon experience a rating of -10/10.

Total waste of money and time. I would have done a better job myself!

It was my second time in this salon. I was happy with my first hair dresser so I came back. Back in March, I decided to cut my hair there again. They assigned me to a Chinese guy which I have no problem since it’s a pretty high end salon (60$ for a hair cut) and trusted that they would give quality service and have professional workers.

So I showed the guy the haircut I wanted (wavy hair) a very basic haircut, nothing special. In the middle, I started to worry as I noticed that he cut a lot of my hair, and I did not want a short hair. I even asked him if my hair is too short since it felt a lot lighter. He then said it’s normal because he is doing wavy. At the end (about an hour later) he is starting to look uncomfortable, so I started to worry as well. He started speaking Chinese with his co-worker, i’m Assuming he was asking for help because my hair did not turn out nice at all. So his co worker started cutting my hair in order for it to look more natural, it’s a bit better (but still looks very terrible) and so that it’s easier to work with. I was really unhappy that it’s already June and i still decided to write a complaint. I still hate how my hair looks right now, I always have it on ponytail (even in ponytail it still looks very bad) because i’m Very uncomfortable of how it looks... it’s pretty depressing. If the owner/manager read this, I would not mind to come in the salon again to show how bad the hair cut is. I can’t even go to other salon because the front and outer part of my hair is already too short. Even if it’s now longer than few months ago, it’s still very evident how bad it was. The hair dresser have a nice attitude, but should have been honest with me if he could not do...

Avoid this place at ALL costs. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I normally come to this salon for waxes with Vanessa, who is amazing, I would recommend her to anyone. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I decided to give them a shot at a hair cut. First of all I booked an appointment for 4:30, the hair dresses was 20 minutes late! After finishing the client in his chair he had the audacity to go outside to smoke a cigarette knowing that I was sitting there waiting. The manager or receptionist simply smiled and said to wait a couple of minutes.

When I finally sat down, the hair dresser didn't use a fresh towel on me, he used the SAME TOWEL he used on another client, which is disgusting. My back was covered in a strangers hair. I showed him a picture of MYSELF with my hair cut and told him to do the same. I specifically said I don't like a high fade with my scalp showing and don't take too much off the top. Guess what? He gave me a high fade with the scalp showing and took too much off the top. Moreover he used an OLD RAZOR to clean my neck, he didn't change razors or disinfect the one he was using. I have never experienced such filth in my entire life.

Finally I get to the front and the price was $35, for a terrible haircut and the "hair stylist" (if you can even call him that, it would be insulting to actual stylists) who ran late and kept me waiting so he could smoke a cigarette.

Avoid this place at all costs, the salon is run down, old, and dirty, and extremely over priced. Moreover the stylists are not professional and it seems that sanitation is an issue. There are tons of barbershops around that will do a MUCH better job (I...
