We used to come here often and really enjoyed their products, especially their taro shaved ice. But recently the service and the quality has decreased a lot, we ordered it today and the taro paste was obviously off, it was very liquid and it tasted like the milk used was spoiled, we couldn’t bear to have more than 1-2 bites. When we told them about it, they answered condescendingly, not offering any solution to remake it or a refund… We’ve been regular clients and had the taro shaved ice many times, despite that they refused to take our concern seriously, it was very disappointing Also, in a separate incident, we bought a bubble tea and barely a minute later it was accidentally dropped and they refused to remake it. Everytime this situation has happened to me or my friends elsewhere it was remade without any question asked… There is no hospitality in their service, we were regular clients but we won’t be...

I had a really good visit to this cute little bubble tea and dessert place! They seem to have a huge selection of different types of slush, bubble tea, milk drinks as well as desserts such as shaved ice. I got the Sweet Potato And Taro Ball Milk and loved it! The avocado milk with boba is tasty too! I also tried the Oreo Tornado dessert which I wasn't a huge fan of but that's just personal taste. Their boba and taro balls are some of the better ones I've had. Be prepared to wait 10-15min for your drink though if they have a lot of customers passing through. I'll definitely come back to have more drinks and desserts in this place as they seem to have a large selection! They also have quite a lot of space to sit down and enjoy your time. It's one of the only places in this area where I've found good WiFi, so it's great for if you want to get some studying done too! Good job, Meet Fresh!...
