I love Thai Express but this is the worst location. The food is so dry it’s almost uncooked. I asked for my pad thai to not be too dry and its like they made it even dryer on purpose. You can see how the fish in the picture is not coated in sauce at all which is strange since they usually throw it in the pan with the sauce and the rest of the ingredients. This is not edible its just a lump of dry noodles.

I took a beef padsew and it was the worst padsew ever. It was soaked in soy sauce!! How can someone eat that much salt?! It's horrible...not edible at all!! I had to pour some water into my plate to make it less salty...Avoid at all cost!!

We had a nice 'plastic' item in our food which was very disturbing. To this day we have no clue what it was. Either a piece of plastic or even a piece of cleaning brush. Either way, it's the last time we go there...

This is the 2nd time I go there and I get a rude treatment by the cook. The first time, I had asked for an extra peanut bag and he yelled rudely saying it’s only one per client. To note: this was my 1st time at that Thai express location. I don’t have that issue with any other location I’ve been to) The 2nd time I went, I asked for one bag of peanut, and the same guy yelled wait a minute and then when he gave it to me while staring at me mockingly and as if I did something wrong. He was extremely standoff-ish and when I asked him why he was being rude to me, he denied it and said he was cooking. The guy was an asshole and he was staring down at me the whole time. He then was laughing with his colleague who is the other younger cook. Terrible service.

As for the food, the portions are smaller than other Thai Expresses. There was almost no chicken in the plate, it was mostly noodles with veggies and eggs. The food itself is ok (but not the best I’ve had). It does taste a bit bland even if I asked for lightly spicy. This applies to the chicken Pad Thai and chicken Pad Sew.

Never again going back there. I shouldn’t have gone the 2nd time but I thought the 1st time was a fluke. I have learnt my lesson.

I am considering contacting the head office because this service is...

I ordered food that I would just be eating the day after in the train to go back to Halifax so I asked when ordering for it to be put in plastic containers so it would keep better. They didn’t do that and proceeded to give it to be in cardboard containers. When I asked about it they gave me so much attitude it was actually really surprising. It was so bad that other clients were also very surprised. To top it off the food was horrible. I have ordered at many Thai express before and this one was definitely the worst! The food tasted very bad and I ended up having to throw everything away. 30$ wasted :( and nothing to eat on the train. Very very...

First, the people at the service are rude. Second, the menu is very poor and there are just no plates as advertised on website. Third, the tenants of that place are avid. I tried some plates there like noodles with vegetables. But there were no vegetables at all in my plates. Just noodles, and maybe some soy sprouts. Once I ordered an extra. It was shown: take an imperial roll and the tea is free. The woman at the counter asked me which tea do I want. I took green. I've got the tea for 2.50$, but no roll. When I asked her for the roll, she said that it is not included in the extra. Will never...
