I ordered a general tao chicken and replaced the rice with chicken fried rice. He charged me $17.50 tax in, it was extra which I was okay with. He placed the chicken fried rice in a small box and the general tao chicken in another small box. I taught the portion was to small. I did not get my money worth for the food. I get home and open the box there were no chicken or vegetable in the chicken fried rice that I ordered. It was just rice with soy sauce. general tao was good. 1 star couldn't even see them cooking the rice the window was so dirty, just imagine how sanitary the back prep is if the front...

I ordered General Thai in a bowl and I saw that he took old rice that was laying there, the grain was small, hard and dry like it's old rice. I didn't say anything.

The chicken is very dry too and the free eggroll or whatever it is he gave me tasted real bad, it went straight in the garbage.

This experience reminded me why I dont go there anymore. In fact I don't go any Thai Express, I'm always disapointed since covid.

They inflate the prices and lower the quality....

We ordered 2x general thai chicken bowl and when we came to eat, we realized that there’s no vegetables inside (tomatoes, green and red peppers, pineapple). In the bowl, there was only rice, onions and chicken. We addressed the situation so he cooked a little of vegetables. The food wasn’t as hot because we had to wait for the veggies.
