Very bad service … My friends and I (we were 5 total) visited this place in the evening of april 29th. The place was very dimly lit, the ice cream in the front was melting in the tub and the fridge was almost empty. They didn’t even have brownies for the milkshakes. I do understand that a large group order means a longer wait time but come on .. an HOUR to get our stuff? I ordered the crème brûlée rolled crepe, which is what you would expect; a rolled crepe filled with cream and hard melted sugar on top to replicate the hard shell of a creme brûlée. I saw the worker struggle with the torch and eventually she just handed me over the half-done crepe with no comment. I had to ask why the crumbled sugar on top wasn’t melted to which she just answered “oh the torch is not working” without any alternatives. I asked if there’s a possibility to order something else like a waffle (my order was 35$ for one waffle for my friend and my crepe) and she said sure. While she was cooking the waffle, the torch finally worked and she asked to redo my crepe. Sure! She threw my old crepe and the newly cooked waffle on top of some kitchen equipment and redid the crepe. She hands me over the crepe with the sugar not melted on top once again. I kinda lost patience there. I had to ask again to get the actual creme brûlée and she eventually melted it properly-ish (it was NOT like the picture on instagram, I didnt take a pic unfortunately but imagine a soggy rolled crepe with brown sugar sprinkled on top and half-melted over whipped cream). Note these extra shenanigans were not included in the hour wait; I waited a total of an hour and a half to get my order. My friends’ orders were pretty good; I was just unlucky I guess. Overall fine ice cream but really bad and slow service which ruins the entire experience. The basic minimum when you are unable to make the customer’s order properly is to apologize and propose an alternative; not hand them over something half-assed without...

Worst place ever! Do not go if you have a food allergy. Went a few weeks ago with my daughter, chose the sugar free, lactose free vanilla-caramel ice cream. Please note that I did not choose the Reece or the maple-walnut ones. I chose vanilla-caramel. I went to seat outside to eat it and I bit into something hard. Being allergic to peanuts, I got suspicious. I went back inside and asked the girls working that day if there were peanuts in my ice cream. One of the girls said “no”, the other one “yes”. They then both confirmed that indeed, one of the main ingredients is peanuts. There is no indication anywhere that the ice cream had some in it. Look it, I understand that I take a risk eating out because of cross contamination and what not, but when peanuts/nuts are one of the main components of your ice cream flavour, MENTION IT!!! As I said, I did not choose the Reece, maple-walnuts or any other ones with nuts because I am being careful. The girls working seeing that I was panicking did not provide much help but to offer to replace my ice cream with another one 🙄 As I said, because I am being careful, I always carry Benadryls and my epipen on me. I took the Benadryl pills, grabbed my daughter and hurried back home as I was feeling that my throat was starting to itch. Luckily, I did not have to use my epipen that night but rest assured that I will never return to that ice cream...

I tried their bestseller — the waffle with strawberry ice cream, strawberries, and Nutella — and it was really good! The portion was huge, definitely something you can share between two people. It would be great if they offered smaller portion options for those who don’t want something as big. I also asked if they could add bananas along with the strawberries, but they weren’t able to customize it, which was a bit disappointing — bananas would make a great addition to this combo.

The decor of the place is really nice, and they even have a cute little corner for taking pictures with your dessert, which I loved. That said, the tables and floor weren’t very clean when I visited, and there was only one staff member working, so the service was quite slow. I think the experience would really improve with more staff — both for taking care of orders and keeping the place tidy.

Overall, the food was delicious, and the space has a lot of potential with a few small improvements!

My honey and I shared two scoops of the non-dairy chocolate and raspberry gelato and it was delicious! In fact, there were several non-dairy options, including pistachio, hazelnut, and mango. My husband avoids eating dairy so he was delighted. There were many toppings available- which we didn’t try. They serve cakes and macaron cookies as well, but we didn’t try them either. 😊 OMG- they even have gluten free cones! The service was great- as it ought to be, as we were served by the owner. 😊 There are seats outside, which is nice. They have only been open for two months, so give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.
