Terrible service and bad vibes. Requested a stylist specializing in curly/wavy hair, but during my third visit, most of my hair was cut off without my consent (despite clear communication that I was growing it out and had an event the following week). Completely changed my hair shape and texture, including the loss of much of my natural curl. The owner, MJ, minimized my concerns and called me disrespectful for expressing how distressing the situation was for me. MJ offered a corrective cut, but when I arrived, they were in the middle of another appointment. I had let my hair grow out quite long without any sense of direction and finally decided to get control of my hair. I booked with Vincent on their awesome website, and he was amazing to work with.

Before any work was done, Vincent spent time listening to what style I was going for, and helped me reach a concrete decision by complimenting what I was expressing with his own suggestions and recommendations based on my hair type and his experience.
