I put my name in guest list, showed them the confirmation screen and they denied entry. The guards at the entry said they can’t find my name. I literally received a confirmation email & SMS, still they said they have nothing. They also said since they can’t find our names, we should pay them $40 per person to gain entry.
They were picking and choosing who they’d let in and who they’d deny so they could gain money from them. It was almost as if they were racially discriminating people, at least I felt that I mean. Me and my friends were observing the queue and many other Indians were lied to by saying they don’t have their names in guest list. I spoke to them after they came out of the queue and they all had received the same confirmation email & SMS. Everyone else was easily getting entry!
I’d suggest boycotting Muzique for this behaviour! Never going back here for sure!
Edit:
In response to the message from owner below, I'd like to state that "the right to refuse entry to any guest at any time for any reason" is very much indicative of the fact how much tolerance Muzique's team has towards discriminating people.
As far as spending money is concerned, I never said we were not ready to pay for the entry. The confirmation page states that there is $10 rebate on entry so we already were under the impression we were going to be asked for an entry fee. That being said, your team completely denied having our names in the list.
Also, we came well under 11:30 PM which is the maximum time allowed for entry (same is mentioned in the confirmation page). However, even if we were a bit late, instead of saying that our names were not in the guest list, it could've been easily stated that we were late.
By unashamedly lying to our faces, it is clear that Muzique's team not just tolerates discrimination but preaches it every day when they stand out doing their duties. It is a shame that the team is trying to justify what happened rather than taking any action towards fixing this.
Finally, me & my friends came all the way from Toronto after hearing that nightclub scene of Montreal was very good. Sad that it's all...

I recently celebrated my birthday at Muzique, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences ever. The staff went above and beyond to make the night special. Not only did they make sure I had a fantastic time, but they also got the entire floor involved in the celebration. The bottle service was exceptional, with smooth coordination and prompt attention. To top it off, the nightclub even provided a champagne bottle, which added a luxurious touch to the experience.
One of the standout aspects of Muzique is the bartenders—they are incredibly humble, sweet, and efficient. Despite the high-energy crowd, they handled orders with ease and always served drinks with a smile. The cocktails were well-mixed, and the selection of drinks was impressive. It's my mistake for not asking their names so I could compliment them even more.
The music selection was another highlight of the night. The DJs knew exactly how to keep the crowd engaged, playing a mix of popular hits, dance tracks, and some classic beats that kept everyone on the dance floor. The fireworks and lighting effects added to the energetic atmosphere, making the entire experience feel even more vibrant and immersive.
The crowd at Muzique was also fantastic—a great mix of partygoers who were all there to have a good time. The overall energy in the club was contagious, making it easy to dance and enjoy the night without any dull moments.
Muzique is the perfect spot for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a night out with friends. Whether it’s the stellar music, dynamic lighting, friendly bartenders, or excellent bottle service, this nightclub delivers on all fronts. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes and an unforgettable party atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out Muzique!
Would definitely visit...
Read moreMan, this could have been 5 stars, but the blonde girl bartender on the rooftop last night would be the main reason why they lost 2 stars for the experience i had. Went to the comedy show on the rooftop, our first time here, and thought the atmosphere would be perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Wanted to have a great saturday evening for good fun and laughs which there was even though we were horribly late (reasons were justified but no one asks they just assume). The bouncers were great and helpful, the man giving us late seats was fantastic too. They deserved the 5 stars but sadly the blonde girl ruined the perfect night for us. She was snarky, rude in the way she responded back. Basically, she gave such attitude that we couldn't really enjoy the night. I asked for wine and she says, "we don't have anything that fancy here" what kind of bar doesn't serve wine on the rooftop? and how the heck is that fancy when you're already in Montreal who prides on being fancy? Confusion. I felt like she didn't want to serve us willingly, we didn't feel welcomed, and it's the little things that count that matter to many. I don't know how to say it nicely, but maybe check that your staff doesn't have attitude or think they're all that and act more superior than their patrons. Wish we could come back bc the rooftop was indeed beautiful. I just wish we had someone more fun to host us, even if we were soooo late. I'm sure this girl (who was bouncing around like a child) will remember us. I'd be shocked if she didn't. Wish I confronted her bc she was just soooooo rude. I expect no response but at least I got it out there and said what...
