4th July. I didn't receive my order. I searched for an email or chat for customer service as the Doordasher texted me to contact the restaurant direct. No answer. Just "extension 514 blah blah blah blah blah very long extension not available." My meals are usually warm or lukewarm, never hot. They charged me once for a soda they didn't deliver! And you usually get a Coke whether you want that or not! Pizza and sandwiches have bits or char on it but I'd think it's the type of oven they use. Like old Italian pizza oven or something.🤷♀️ They are limited on the choices of ingredients and drinks. I sure hope the Doordasher who "dashed" stole my 2 meals liked it cause it's the last "five finger discount" he's going to have from me! The worst part? I had a loyalty voucher for 38$ off my meals! Cause I did 10 orders with them! First they tell me the dasher has picked up my order, then they tell me it's cancelled!!! Avoid this place at ALL COSTS! Doordash attached restaurants, I'll never trust again! You will reap...
Read moreExceptional sandwich vegetarian! Literally my best vegetarian sandwich ever, as a vegetarian! wonderful makloub non-veggie sandwiches, according to my friends.
You can also find excellent pizza Napolitana here up until 2-3 am! To be very honest, the atmosphere is by no means eye-catching, as they store supplies at the bar and next and along the way to the restroom. And the decor is a shiny poor designed one. Having said that, it definitely worth visiting since as soon as the smell of freshly baked breads and pizza come, you don't really need to look around. Moreover, during the summer the terrace is always a safe option. And take out and delivery of this high quality food until 2 am, gives a certain peace of mind. BTW the sandwich's sauce is amazing as well. I rate the food a strong 5 star, be the atmosphere and the...
Read moreI feel like this place is really overrated. Their Napoletana dough is legit, but apart from that they use low grade American industrial ingredients that get overcooked in the hot wood oven. Result: dry pizza with overcooked leathery grocery mozzarella and some Kraft chemical powdery Parmesan on top. They also put no noticeable amount of olive oil on my margherita and so little sauce that it felt like a pizza bianca, making it all even more dry. The ambiance is also not great. You also dont get a glass of water or anything, its set up like a low grade fast food joint... And their food is basically low grade italian pizza as well. It's not a terrible place, but my god does it not deserve the current 4.6 stars rating it has. At least, not for its pizza. Didn't try...
