McDonald's — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

I stopped in for lunch and saw they had the new Arch Burger. I was told it had a sauce similar to Big Mac sauce, I was hoping for something with some heat. I ask the man at the till if I could have the habanero sauce from their spicy chicken instead of the Arch Sauce. He said he wasn’t sure and was clicking the keys on his terminal so many times I thought maybe he was writing a review of me asking for weird stuff. He eventually said yes but I’ll have to pay $1 extra for a small container of chicken nugget sauce. I said yes, no problem. I got the burger and I was shocked, it looked just like one you might see on TV or in a magazine. It was nice a warm and freshly made, since it was mid afternoon there was not much of a crowd at the time. The seating was very clean as well as the bathrooms which I used as well. In the past I have also ordered a Big Mac the same way and it was also good. This burger was bigger than a Big Mac as I believe they use two quarter pound patties and not the smaller one that are used in the Big Mac. I have ordered it a few times now. One with the habanero sauce and one without. Definitely if you like a bit of heat in your burger order it with the habanero sauce, you won’t regret it. I would have to say it is the most filling burger since the Big Grand Mac that did not help it taste any different than the old tried and true Big Mac. The Big Arch is different and...

We were travelling threw and stopped for breakfast. Washrooms very clean and well stocked. When we went to place our order no one was around. Drive thru was busy and you could see a manager working fry station and one girl rushing around. When the manager looked up she saw my husband and I plus 2 other people standing there. She called for someone and pointed at us. He rushed over and apologised. We placed our order and looked around. The cashier disappeared once again. The manager still busy at fry station and the girl busy in drive thru. Another gentleman customer asked us if we knew if it was always like this. We weren't sure as we were travelling ourselves. Another customer pointed out we had been waiting for a half hour at that point. A drive thru customer came in to complain that he had been waiting for his breakfast for 45 minutes and that he was going to be late for work. The other lady there had complained she too had been standing in store waiting 45 mins for her food as well. Our coffee was ready long before our food was. Once the order was complete it was 40 mins from order to getting my food. My coffee was Luke warm and breakfast hot. The hash browns were warm. This mcdonalds sucks, order on main or even walmart, got some snack wraps they were lettuce and nothing else, the funny thing is they even cheaped out on the lettuce lmao, it was my mistake I should of got from main which I never had a problem, last time we ordered we got 2 blt quarter pounder and they came with no patty, we called and asked for the manager (big English barrier between us haha) she insisted that that's how there made... I don't really like mcdonalds but how bout get orders right and not try too rip us off because you think your gonna get a 25 cent raise, we need better communication maybe some English classes and reading classes too the employee, you pay for a whole day for a new employee too sit on a computer and learn how too work...
