pizza is good, but delivery driver repeatedly tried to ask for tip and added one without consent when it was declined. asked my partner to pay with my card so didnt find out until after that my order cost around 10% more than the app said it should and he didnt realize. even if this is some unannounced price change, very annoying to see unexpected costs only after you can't cancel.
Edit: I got in contact and resolved it very quickly, the owners/management i talked to were very helpful and I ordered again with no further issues :) pizza is delicious and they have great deals
Edit x2 on june 4: ordered two slices of pizza and dip at 5:34pm. it finally arrived at 7:50pm after being stuck on prep for an hour and then stuck on quality check for nearly another. When driver arrived was told that they were severely short staffed and he was the only driver and had delivered 15 before that alone. If you cant staff for delivery without overwhelming staff and leaving my food cold and disgusting, as well as forgetting the dip (buy of course still charging) you should not offer delivery at your location until you can. wasted over 15$ for two tiny slices of cold, grainy pizza that is soggy and a dip i never even got. seriously reconsidering opting for this place after the constant...

They're really hurting for talent it appears, skills like reading delivery items and dropping off those items correctly at the given address don't seem to be requirements for this job. The idea that this food is remotely edible lies in the fact that it is fresh and warm, but after that window who knows.
