I recently visited Bene Bene, and I have to say this café is an absolute MUST VISIT! I first came here last summer, but with new ownership and management, the place has been completely renovated! It was super cozy yet modern, with comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. The menu has expanded, introducing even more delicious options, and I was especially excited to try their hotteok(Korean sweet pancakes). Unfortunately, they are only available on weekends, so I will definitely be coming back to try them! But in the meantime, I ordered the Cocoa Banana Croffle, and WOW it was absolutely amazing! The croffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with fresh banana slices. Every bite was absolute perfection! I also got an iced coffee, and it was so good! I heard they’ve upgraded their espresso machine and use high-quality coffee beans, which truly makes a difference. The flavor was super rich and smooth. (definitely one of the better coffees I’ve had in a while) Aside from the food, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the food and the ambiance. Overall, Bene Bene is a must visit I HIGHLY recommend! Will def come back soon to try the...

My friend and I visited Bene Bene on a Saturday afternoon. Despite Main Street being busy, the inside of Bene Bene was silent and we were the only customers inside.

My friend ordered a regular sized chocolate milkshake and the cost was just under $12, despite the size being so small. The taste was okay but definitely wasn’t worth the high price.

I had ordered the regular sized mango bubble tea, which was overly sweet and tasted very concentrated. I’m assuming it’s mango-flavoured syrup used for the bubble tea, although it was very thick and overall had a strange texture.

There was one employee, who we didn’t see very much. He was kind during our quick interaction, although was primarily in the back room and we didn’t see him much.

The inside of the cafe isn’t anything too exciting, although there’s a bulletin board with local advertisements, a wall with photos from previous customers, and the view overlooking Main Street is quite pretty.

Overall, I’m sure this place would be decent for a quick stop to purchase ice cream before continuing on a walk. Although, I wouldn’t recommend sitting in or trying their...

The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were a group of 7 including children. At one point while we were ordering, the person got extremely annoyed. My nephew wanted sorbet but the person who was serving us said the sorbet cannot be put on a cone. Okay, no problem - we asked my nephew what else he would prefer, he said he would like chocolate chip. The server was extremely annoyed, impatient and rudely responded back as we were trying to clarify with a 4 year old which ice cream he wanted. When my brother-in-law made a comment about how he was treating us. Instead of apologizing he started to argue and take zero accountability. We decided to take our business elsewhere and a bunch of people waiting in line left as well who mentioned this isn’t the first time they are rude. I will never go back to this establishment. They have zero customer service skills. Reading the comments, it’s obvious this is a common theme...

Had read such good reviews about this place but I'm deeply disappointed. I had ordered for crepe with Nutella and mocha ice cream for take away and I had explicitly requested to pack the ice cream separately but this is what I got. They added the ice cream scoop on top of the crepe and by the time I opened it (after 10 mins) the ice cream had completely melted and spilled everywhere. For a take away, how do you expect your customer to microwave the crepe before eating when you added the ice cream on top. Worst experience ever! Moreover, the people running the place didn't even seem pleasant at the time of placing the order. Won't ever go back!
