KFC — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I was told to go to this branch for family orders because the next closest store was an express store. Annoyed, I obliged seeing it was 9:10pm and the other store was 10 minutes away and was to close at 10pm. Upon arriving there, I saw that there were 4 cars in line up at the drive thru and two workers inside. One visible cleaning up washing floors (9:20pm) and the other at the counter un-phased by two now three people trying to enter the store. By the time I have tried to enter the store and are now in their cars entering the take outline, we are 7 cars strong waiting to be served by one window which also services Taco Bell. ANNOYED because I can no longer get out of the line, I wait it is 9:37 and my kids wanted the chicken fingers. We were ordering for 6 people. By the time it is my turn at at 9:45pm and I hear an automated message say KFC is closed. I am livid. I have now invested 30 minutes in a line I cannot exit and now will have to wait to leave. The attendant apologizing i can order from Taco Bell only. Are they they same food group? I am insulted and cannot reverse, there are 4 cars in line behind me.. i cannot get out of the line and I have now had the car idling for more than 40 mins. It is now 10pm, I haven't an order or a coupon given for my gas wasted. I promise to complain to HO and on media because that is selfish act on the part of the workers. Better to have let patrons into the store and set a sign up than to waste the time and gas of people trying to offer business on a tourist strip! This is poor business practices. I am so angry and feel cheated. Dominoes received my order instead and laughed at you for the gain in business they recieved due to your lack of class and business ethic! Stupid store! I would never eat at this disgrace of an establishment but I started driving for a delivery company recently to earn some extra money. I had to visit this place twice in one night. The restaurant message on the delivery app says the lobby will be opened for drivers even though it closes at 9pm. The first time I got there I was told I had to come to the drive they window and stand there awkwardly and unsafely as I waited for the order (that wasn't ready) to be handed out to me. The 2nd time I had an order that was a 2-parter that had me collect some food elsewhere and then come to this location to pick up the rest. The drive thru had about 7 cars in it and I knocked on the window to be let in and collect the food as I had other food in the car already. The staff were beyond rude, didn't even come speak with me, kept motioning to the drive thru lane and doing a steering wheel with their hands. I tried to get them to come speak with me but they just shrugged their shoulders and started ignoring me. I had to sit in the drive thru for at least 15 mins to collect food and didn't even get an apology or a reasonable explanation as to why the restaurant note says drivers will be let in after hours to collect food. Not a single employee spoke English at a passable level. Absolutely disgraceful. Everyone should avoid this dump at all costs. I ordered an online special which was large chicken strips, large fries and large popcorn chicken. When i went to pick up my food, they had given me a small popcorn chicken. I showed them the online special which says that the special included a large and not small popcorn chicken but a very rude lady proceeded to aggressively tell me that the size i was given was what came with the special. I tried to explain to her that the special calls for a large but she was getting rather aggressive. Luckily another employee who was very polite came to me and explained that the special comes with the small and not the large. He proceeded to show me the poster which says mentions a large popcorn chicken but he kept focusing on the picture on the postere which shows a box of popcorn chicken that partly looks like a small but its not a full photo so the size is debatable but all the same the point is; if KFC is advertising a large popcorn chicken as part of the special, than that is what they should give to customers. To advertise a large and give customers a small then argue that because the photo shows a small box then thats what customers get is wrong and false advertising. However, i do appreciate that the gentleman was very polite as opposed to his female counterpart that was very aggressive and rude. I hope the francise owner reads this reviews and remedies...
