Mixed Emotions My fiancĆ© and I have come to this location for the last year and a half. We always have had great service but in the last couple months itās been subpar. I know that covid puts stress on everyone. Which is why Iām still giving this group of hard working people 4 stars. Everyone is trying to work as hard as they can in an incredible amount of stress no matter the job title. However, I wasnāt happy with my last visit. I came in and ordered what I always order which is the fish tacos. I always check my food because we live 25 minutes away on the other side of fort Erie. Iām always as nice and kind as possible because Iāve worked in customer service my whole life. When I ordered the fish tacos and was surprised by the shrimp tacos in my box, I walked back inside (I checked in my car before leaving) and explained that I know itās difficult hearing people through the masks but I ordered the fish tacos. Not the shrimp tacos. The young lady who had served me the first time looked at me and said āthe fish tacos? I thought you said the shrimp tacosā. To which I replied āno. Iām so sorry, I didnāt. Would I be able to have the remade?ā Of which they did and I was grateful. But as I sat in my car, taking my car keys out of my pocket getting ready to drive away, the employees were, I could tell, talking about me after I left and pointing fingers at me while making direct eye contact. I apologized when I had gone in. I felt bad enough as it is asking for them to be remade but I donāt eat shrimp. I told them thank you over and over again. The one young man working in there apologized as well and I told him itās no ones fault. And that itās all good. I appreciated them making them over for me again. But I donāt appreciate the gestures in the window once Iām about to leave. It has left a not so great taste in my mouth and Iām unsure if Iāll be back to this location. Now let me just say again how much the people working at this location are incredibly hard working. I completely understand that they have had long days and Iām sure they have customers come in and act up and are rude. Every establishment goes through it. But I was nice. I wasnāt rude. I didnāt kick up a fuss. In fact, I walked back in and had a smile on my face. When I walked out, I wished them all a good night. And then that happened. Made me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst service I have ever experienced. They sold me a shrimp burrito that was contaminated. I ate half and with in half an hour I had explosive diarrhea. I had to pull over on my way to a show in the states. I ruined 2 outfit, pulled over 2 times on the highway and could not hold it in. When I returned they refused to give me a refund, they told me I couldn't use the washroom because it was for customers only. I had to get the police involved. I could not go to my show, I lost hundreds of dollars and I urge you all to share this message. They said I took a bite and that it was not there burrito when Infact I ate half and that was the only thing I ate all day. They were rude to me and lied when the owner showed up I asked if he was the owner and they said no when Infact he was. This was the worst day of my life. So please I urge you to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visit the place on regular basis and love the chicken rice bowl. But when i went there for a take out one night, it was almost the time to close but they werenāt closed yet. The girlās (with specs) ( Indian) (might be new) service was ridiculous. This is my first time that i had someone like her and she made my night worse. I paid for my food and when i told to do certain things in the rice bowl, it seemed like she just wanted to leave. If you are in a hurry just tell your customers that we are not gonna any more orders. I just donāt feel like eating that rice bowl anymore. It feels like i am not going to come here again. If you donāt like customer service just work in such a place. People like them would bring the company down. Worst worst worst experience ever at this...
