Taco Bell — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Myself another adult and her 2 children visit this location on 29/08/2017. Our order came to $23 and change. We ate and left and traveled home about a half hour away. Upon getting home She checked her on line banking to see her balance and saw that Taco Bell had charged her $53 and change instead of $23. She called Taco Bell and spoke to a manager who claimed he could do nothing without a receipt. She asked if they could look up her order as it had only been an hour since we had been there. He said no and was not helpful in anyway. She became annoyed with his attitude and he hung up on her. She called back and again spoke to same guy and he again hung up on her. Again she called back and he said she could come check the garbage can for her receipt other then that he would do nothing. She asked when the last time garbage was emptied and he said between 130 and 230 pm that afternoon, we were there between 3 and 330. She asked that the garbage not be touched and was on her way there to go through the garbage. We show up half hour later and hes gone. We went through garbage and found our trash from our meal as there was very little garbage in the bag but of course no receipt. The manager was called but he didn't answer his phone. In the end the money was paid back but not until after going through garbage and us refusing to leave until it was settled, or the manager came back or police are called. Her mistake was not looking at that receipt when she paid for her order. The managers mistake was taking off when he knew she was coming back and the receipt mysteriously disappearing from the garbage, hanging up on her twice when she was only annoyed and not being vulgar or threatening, and the employees letting us know that the garbage can had not been changed since the night before (clearly someone was lying) Check your receipts when using debit or credit...Lesson learned and a few less customers for...

Only one in area.. The drive thru is one of the most ridiculous ones I've encountered and is truly a horrible experience when busy. I have witnessed multiple arguments between vehicle drivers during my many visits due to it having two entrances.

I am always not-so impressed with my orders. The taco shells never seem to be as fresh and crunchy as other locations and they are kinda chinsey with the sour cream. I pay for supremes I want a regular amount of sour cream! The other ingredients are usually fresh enough and it still has that taste you crave so can't complain too much I suppose. The staff seem nice enough but I feel the 'team' overly has poor communication. Many times my order has been wrong or missing items, and the one time I went in to fix it, don't know if I caught them on a bad day but the manager literally yelled at the employee (in a very degrading manner) who was making food, it gave me second hand embarassment. This location is always so busy I can only imagine the stress working there. The dine in closes early, and usually night time is drive thru only until...

Food was okay, inside was closed before 11 although it’s supposed to be open til 1 says the hours on google. And drive through closes at 11. We were there at 1030 and inside was closed. And the vehicle we were driving was not fitting through their tiny ass drive through. So we proceeded to walk to the window and ask if we could order and he said yes go to the speaker so we did and it didn’t work. We proceeded to the window and there were cars behind us and the guy at the window says “can I help the rest of the line then get ur order”. First of all we were there first, he could’ve taken our order then we would’ve moved out of the way. so he could help the rest of the line. But no he argued with us and was rude so we just moved out of the way so he could help the other people. Then 10 minutes go by and the line up is just getting longer. So I got up and he finally took our order and was rude the whole time. Terrible service.
