Qualia Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

The pizza is great! Unfortunately the place is absolutely disgusting inside. The floors, walls, all surfaces are filthy! That’s just in the entrance I can’t imagine what it looks like in the back where we can’t see. There is also some questionable customer service. I was in there Friday and all of the employees were loudly laughing and having conversations while ignoring 3 customers awaiting their pizzas. A few weeks back I called to order a pizza for pick up and when I arrived the guy hadn’t even started making it he said he forgot. I waited 20 minutes and was not offered any $ off or anything for free for my inconvenience. The pizza is good I’ll give them that but if health inspectors went in there they would be shut down for sure. It’s a miracle we haven’t gotten...

we ordered this pizza Saturday night and won't be ordering again. Pizza and wings were $84, which is what it is. The issue was that when we paid the delivery driver with a $100 he said "I don't have change." What delivery driver doesn't have change? Called the shop and requested he bring us change, he showed up with $5 and smirked the whole time when we asked for more of OUR money back, dodgy. The pizza was soggy and the wings were drowning in sauce. Not impressed so this place is definitely on the DO NOT CALL LIST!! Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere, there are plenty of better options. I will stick with rhymes...

came here to pick up pizza for a night in on Valentine's day and was extremely disappointed. I've only have ever driven by here but I have been to the location in st Catharines, and it's amazing, this one, no. It was very dirty. Went home to eat my pizza, and it's hard.
