Not the same as we remembered it. We went for the first time in years after my daughter’s graduation. She was super excited…unfortunately our experience was so far below our expectations. When we arrived there was a young lady working behind the counter. She seemed somewhat annoyed that we had disturbed her and didn’t offer a greeting of any kind. Once we had our bowls ready to be garnished we approached the counter. It seemed like we were forcing her from her leaning post. I couldn’t believe she had an AirPod in her ear?? Anyways, the location hadn’t evolved out of Covid measures, and the excessive sneeze guards made it very difficult to effectively communicate. The employee rushed through the toppings and there was no communication as to the amount. To be fair there are numerous toppings to choose from but the tiny cards are hard to read under pressure. All 4 of us were disappointed with the amount of toppings but didn’t want to inconvenience the employee more than we already seemed to. Bottom line, we will not be back. Me and two others with me looked over the few options available, and while doing so the lady working there came up to us to tell us to hurry it up because they are closing. It was a little rude, but I thought nothing of it. This was until until the lady kept going on about when they closed. Mind you, they are still open, and you literally serve yourself. All she had to do was quickly add some toppings, which I personally skipped considering the attitude I was receiving from the employee. My friend asked her politely for a few toppings, and she was met with another reminder of when they were closing. She was showing my friend the time and rolling her eyes and giving a lot of attitude to all three of us. Read moreIf this wasn't the only place of its kind I would not go back based solely on the service. The gentlemen working there always seem put out by entering customers. They are usually sitting in the back of the store and take their time to come out. Sometimes so long that entering customers turn to those sitting in to ask if anyone is working. My next big issue is that even though this business advertises that you pay by the weight of your yogourt and toppings and can dress your bowl with whatever toppings you'd like I have been refused extra toppings on every single visit. I only eat the fresh fruit so use only that as topping. I am told I cannot have the quantity I WANT I can have two scoops only. When I see other people having four and five scoops of candy or other toppings and question why the response is I don't want to prepare more fruit. Very...
