Cataract Bowl — Local services in Niagara Falls

My sister and I, on August 24th, decided to go bowling to have fun. It’s been a very long time since we’ve been bowling.

I googled bowling and after looking at reviews and pics, I decided to go here. Great location off Lundy’s Lane. Lots of free parking.

We were greeted by very sweet , helpful and beautiful Daniella. She set us up with the shoes, lane, lighter 10 pin bowling balls. She asked if we wanted light on our lane or glow in the dark lane. We decided to have the lane lite. We had numerous questions and Daniella was so accommodating in answering all.

Great value for the money. Very clean environment. We played for an hour, you can have 2 hours. Remember to reserve a lane before you get there in case it’s busy. It wasn’t busy that day so we got the lane ok.

Great place to have birthday parties.

I beat my sister lol. I got a score of 238 with 3 strikes!!!!!

As we were leaving the owner came in and spoke with Daniella. We met him; a very nice guy.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with my son's 6th birthday party. There's no space to put anything, we had 14 kids and were given two teeny tiny tables with 5 chairs each. When we asked for help to reset the pins when they got out of whack the staff said she would help then walked away and never came back . We had to go ask someone else - there's just a button on the side the first perosn could have easily told us or showed us before disappearing to never return . We had a ball get stuck - I went to go ask for help and they questioned me on "where" and "how" it was gone and stared at me with a blank face when I said I'm not sure can you please just come help? They gave us a bright orange marker to sign the bowling pin so you cannot even see the signatures on it - and tried to hand me a bunch of things when I clearly had hands full and was trying to figure out managing where to put things down to let the kids sit and eat and serve cake. It was dark and loud and overcrowded and children from other parties were running through the area our party was in repeatedly. Definitely not an ideal part...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cataract Bowling is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. We booked a kids’ party here and honestly, the prices were outstanding compared to other places we looked at – such a great value for what you get. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, perfect for families and friends to enjoy together.

What really made it special were the little touches – the kids had a blast, the staff made everything easy, and the highlight was the bowling pin everyone signed as a keepsake. Such a thoughtful idea that made the day even more memorable! You don’t just leave with great memories, you leave with something to remember them by.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a fun, affordable, and genuinely friendly place to bowl, I can’t recommend Cataract...
