Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I was there today at 12:15PM. I walked there, thus, I went into the store and not drive thru. There was 1 person ahead of us who just finished their order and we were up next. We did not get served/addressed until 12:22PM! It was no fault of the lady who was working the floor. She was the only one, drive thru was busy there was a long line behind us. She kept calling for help from her coworker (who we found was actually the "assistant Manager") however, she didn't get any help. The people in the line, including us, could hear a woman in the back office talking on the phone, laughing, chatting about non-work related things meanwhile we are all waiting for almost 10 minutes now. I felt very bad for the lady who was running drive thru and the counter during LUNCH RUSH. Horrible customer service and team work from the Assistant Manager. I was very dissatisfied with the staff . Time about 2:15 today . The young lady messed up my order even though I review the numbers of items purchased . She did not offered an apology for her incompetence and her rude behaviour did not help. . She went as far as saying I am not giving the item to you for free. Like we were begging or soliciting or asking for pity . She was very condescending and demeaning . Her Supervisor did make thing better or try to fix the problem she all over him giving instructing . We alway stop at the gas station and then grab a coffe, not anymore we were insulted and disrespected my daughter and I . Worst customer service! I’m their regular customer but still every time they make my order wrong. Yesterday ( Nov 8,2023), I ordered large steep tea double double which was not fresh at all.later on I ordered medium steep tea around 4pm there was no sugar in that & not fresh. Again 3rd time I placed the order ( drive thru) the guy mixed coffee in my tea which was very disappointing.
