We recently enjoyed a takeout order from Caribbean Jerk Kitchen and Grill, which delivered a sincere and satisfying taste of Caribbean cuisine. The jerk chicken arrived tender and flavourful, with a balanced heat that was warming but not overpowering. The oxtail was rich and tender, embodying the slow-cooked depth one expects from a traditional preparation. Portions were generous, and the authenticity of the flavours was evident even outside the restaurant setting.
While the pricing was slightly above typical takeout fare, the quality and care behind each dish justified the expense. This takeout experience proved that this restaurant is capable of preserving the integrity of its dishes beyond the dining room, making it a worthy choice for those seeking genuine Caribbean comfort food on the go.

Read moreWas visiting the region and this popped up and thought why not, it's been a while. I had the jerk chicken and goat with roti, rice, macaroni cheese and a Jamaican patti!
Dwayne was really friendly and welcoming. Even my wife who's vegetarian enjoyed this Carribean food for the very first time and loved it!
Yeah, it's not for everyone but man the food was tasty, filling and spice level was very manageable. But you know I gotta push the boat out and added the hot pepper sauce to it....boombastic!!

I would highly recommend this food if you love bbq meat with some...
Read moreI was happy to see this place while here for work. I got the chicken roti, slaw and a couple Patties. The chicken jerk was fantastic - perfect spice and flavours. One of the biggest issues I find with roti is biting into bone or cartilage - this is a real turn off to me and there was quite a bit of cartilage in my roti. I get that meat off the bone tastes better but if there could be an option to have boneless chicken breast pieces marinated in that great sauce - I’d be the first one in line. Eating chicken off the bone is much better than off the bone in a roti. lol. Slaw was okay - I’m a real slaw snob so don’t take it personally - patties were great. I...
