We visited Subway on Sunday evening and had a disappointing experience with the service. We ordered three different subs, and when I asked the employee if he would grill mine after adding the sauce, he said yes. However, when my friend asked the same question about her order, he suddenly said the grill wasn’t working properly and that the bread might stick to it. My friend decided not to grill hers, but I said I didn’t mind.
He then moved on to the third order without asking whether it should be grilled. When we reminded him, he refused, saying it would make the sub soggy. On top of that, he didn’t mark any of the sandwiches. When we asked him to label them, he responded, “Can you figure it out yourself? Because I’m not sure.”

I asked for her name because she was so kind and helpful, and she smiled and replied but i forget her name , so sorry for that.
she was incredibly cooperative while making my sub, patiently listening to my preferences and making sure everything was just the way I liked it. Read moreVery bad experience, not even good service. I bought footlong chicken sub and she put all the chicken on one side and then one side only bread. When I asked her to correct it with the extra chicken or anyhow. She said it will cost you extra. She charged me 5 dollar extra for chicken without any vaild reason. Nobody gonna eat footlong subway with 6 inch chicken only. 😂
