Burger King — Restaurant in North Vancouver

I recently visited Burger King and had a terrible experience. I ordered four Spicy Jr. Chicken Burgers, and to my surprise, they were extremely sweet because they were made with honey sauce instead of mayonnaise. The taste was awful and not what I expected at all.

When I complained about it and mentioned that I didn’t like the taste, the staff was completely unhelpful. They insisted that I had not tried the burgers and claimed that this is how they make them. They did absolutely nothing to address my complaint or offer a solution like switching them with regular Jr. Chicken Burgers.

The behavior of the staff was very unprofessional, and to make matters worse, they were not even speaking English properly, making communication very difficult. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before visiting this...

I ordered a Triple Whopper and paid extra for bacon and cheese. However, the burger was served without bacon or cheese. When I requested a remake, the staff forgot to add sauce to the burger. As a result, the food was dry and unenjoyable, despite being a paid order. This experience was highly disappointing, and I will not be purchasing food from this location again. The best fast food restaurant i have been to. The classic whopper meal with chicken fries and a medium mango juice. The chicken fries was extremely smooth. You can taste the chicken melted in the cheese. And a barbecue dipping sauce made my experience spectacular. Just as i enjoyed my moment with one chicken fries as starters i very amused. The classic whopper sandwich contained with fresh vegetables, salty pickle and the fresh juicy taste of tomato.
