McDonald's — Restaurant in Northwest Industrial

I just went through the drive-thru and unfortunately received cold, soggy fries that seemed like they’d been sitting out for a while. I don’t have time to go back, but wanted to let you know since this isn’t the usual McDonald’s quality I usually expect especially with have working at McDonald’s it seems like the fries were taken out of the fryer early before the time and been sitting longer than what’s allowed lol especially giving the fact I haven’t left the parking lot literally ate some fries while leaving drive through they def should have been warm at least this was baddd like thinking I it was a prank bad they were cold and soggy wth omg 😭. Anyways the pop was carbonated so I’m happy about that since it’s always a hit or miss lol I’m sad about the fries because I know after a certain time they suppose to make fresh ones I’ve worked there as a teen long enough to know & I’ve had warmer fries after driving 30 mins home with my order this I literally am in the parking lot lol I know it’s just fries but damn I wish y’all could crawl through the screen and try them lmao they are very bad like cold wth haha like actually cold and soggy I am prolly going to avoid this situation unless I specifically tell them to make everything fresh which shouldn’t have to because omg damn if you could try these cold/soggy fries y’all would have marched in their so quick if you were brave enough lol but...

I have officially stopped eating at McDonald's because of the absolute NIGHTMARE that this location is. I live less than five blocks away and would rather drive to Acheson for a&w than return here. Every time I come here, it's NOT busy, yet I'm waiting for food. It's NOT busy, yet my orders are messed up EVERY time. It's NOT busy and the staff ask me to pull ahead and then wait five minutes for an order because they are now TOO busy with the ONE car behind me to serve me, therefore my food is cold before I even receive it. Atrocious customer service, abhorrent food, complete lack of professionalism in the preparation of the food (it's always swimming in sauces, almost inedible).

After living near here for four years, three of which I haven't attended this location due to the aforementioned reasons, I decided I'd try again, out of convenience.

Now my children are crying because they did not receive their happy meals chicken nuggets, my PREGNANT WIFE is still waiting for food, as i now have to go elsewhere because they only put half a containers worth of fries in the large fry box and the icing on the cake is I have sensitive teeth, so I ask for no ice. Guess who's drink was packed full of ice.

Absolutely pathetic. Strongly recommend staying away from this location altogether. It's super inconvenient, but go to the McDonald's in the Walmart across the street. They actually do...

One of the worst McDonald’s locations in Edmonton! If you opt to use the quick-service, no-contact order-taking machines, you won’t be given any options for specialty condiments, egg side orders, etc. but what is really galling is that you will eventually be brought an order that lacks any of the necessary condiments or eating utensils to eat your meal! (Eg only a fork, but NO knife to eat your pancakes and bacon breakfast with, NO butter, NO syrup — these items are NOT offered at a self-serve condiment table), forcing you to line up all over again, and talk to one of the staff to provide the essential items they should have provided in the first place. (Does McDonald’s expect customers to roll up entire pancakes with their hands and stuff them into our mouths in one go?) The staff are totally unmotivated, and it’s clear that management has given them instructions to leave out as many utensils and as many condiments as possible to save money, forcing the customer into either lining up all over again to ask for the standard items that should have been included, or forgo them entirely. The coffees and lattes were the so weakly brewed and watery, there was no taste of coffee in either. The place reeks of cheapness, lazy and unmotivated staff, and poor service. If I want to eat poor quality food like this again, I’ll get myself arrested and sentenced to...
