Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Oakville

If I could give a zero I would. I am SO disappointed in my experience. I am a huge B&R fan and purchase our ice cream from their stores quite often. I’ve never been to a location in oakville before but was driving by and decided to stop in to purchase some pre-packed sundaes. When I got home and opened one, I realized it was only 2/3 filled. I also know from experience that these are made from a recipe and are supposed to have a certain amount of each ingredient. They are clearly skimming on the ingredients as well as the amount of ice cream in the container, since there was next to no caramel sauce. I will NEVER return to this location and would encourage anyone else to go to any other location as well. Oh! And I also had to argue with the salesperson to respect their own sign which stated 2 for $20. She said it must be an error…. But it was literally on the fridge holding the containers. Went to this location twice in two weeks. First experience was fantastic. The server served us with what we asked and also made us try different flavour without any hesitation or frustration. Visited the store on may 2 and there were two girls at the counter. One kept asking again and again if we were ready to order and when we asked for a waffle cup and one scoop of ice cream, the waffle was stale. We asked her to change it and she replied it’s fresh as they have baked it in the evening. I asked her to try it out and she said she doesn’t eat waffles and on our request gave us a waffle cone and told us to transfer the ice cream ourselves. I told her that we expect her to transfer the ice cream to the new cone upon which he tossed the previous ice cream shouting that we treat them as servants. When I arrived at the store I was with my friend and we were the only ones there so we walked up to the cashier. My friend went and than I was up in line and she said "wait one second" and served two people behind me. Finally when I requested my order she said okay than went and served the lady behind me. We were in there 30 minutes until I finally got served and than the lady said she had no change, I only had a 20 dollar bill.
