I waited to write this review until I visited a second time to test the consistency of everything.

First visit was great!!! Top notch customer service!!! Normally on my first visit to a new burger place i get your basic double cheese burger no toppings. Just want to taste the cheese and beef. Burger was perfectly cooked for a smash burger that still allowed for some juices to run onto the amazing potato bun. Patties were perfectly seasoned with a mix of salt and pepper. Not overpowering in the least which I sometimes am sensitive to as I am not a big fan of salt. I personally find many foods are seasoned as is. The burger hit the mark! Nicely cooked. Edges had some of that pleasant char to them. And the bun....my goodness.....melt in your mouth. The owner was super awesome and gave me the toppings on the side in case i wanted to throw them on. I did dip the hot and crisp fries in their bam sauce which i would say is very similar to chik fil a, but better. Definitely not the heavily sweet mustard base that chik does. The owner was definitely open to any compliments or suggestions. He is definitely looking to ensure that every dining experience is a pleasant one.

They can make a milkshake with any of their hard scoop flavours. First time I got a choc brownie and the second time just chocolate. Both times it hit the mark. Perfect consistency and thickness. Pleasantly surprised at the plastic straw which is a must for these type of shakes. Not those garbage paper ones. Did not realize that these plastic straws are made with soy. Which I dont know much about them but I totally thought it was regular plastic.

All in all my first visit was great!!!

Second visit was great but a couple of things. I ordered the same thing as the first but with the regular toppings and krinkle fries. The only ting thing that missed was that I felt the second time the burger was a bit more overcooked and was missing a second cheese slice and the one cheese slice i had between the patties seemed to be less than a full slice. Odd I know but the second burger didnt have that cheese hit as the first one.

I would definitely say everything was pretty consistent between visits which is key!!!!!

I would say this place is a must try!!!! Definitely looking forward to my next visit and trying their soft...

Been here at least 8 times before and recommended to all of my friends as well, until I just had a silly experience turned into absolute ridiculousness with zero sense of responsibility from the girl working at the counter.

Ordered for a buy 1 get 1 for 30 bucks, walked into the store, asked the guy if this is my order, does it have 2 burgers and 2 fries, he says yes, I walk out.

Turns out it's not, all right no worries, call the guy and explain what happened, he apologizes and says things like this can happen via their online ordering, I say thats okay I live 5 mins away can you just drop it by soon, he says yes and hangs up.

Half an hour later I call to ask what's happening to be told by some insolent girl who has clearly never worked in customer service how I am making the wrong order and if I want the other burger I should rightfully be getting for paying 30 bucks I have to order all over again.

Why would any customer select your buy 1 get 1 CLEARLY labelled combo, and pay 30 bucks for ONE Burger?!?! How does this logically comprehend in your brain?

Instead of just apologizing and saying it's okay, or it was a misunderstanding I'll help you and give you your remaining order but can you please come pick it up she's arguing nonsense over the phone with me.

Whatever happened to "the customer is always right" and customer loyalty? What's the point of bringing my friends and business 10 times only to be treated with such disrespect?

Utterly unnecessary and so...

We came here for a weekend lunch and were amazed by the great variety of the menu items, tasty food and friendly staff. The owner and staff deeply care about providing a high quality meal and service and want to make sure all customers leave the restaurant happy. There’s not parking issue here as they have enough parking spaces at the back of the restaurant.

We ordered “Cheeseburger Fries”, “Meat Sweat Burger” and “Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich”. Cheeseburger fries was fresh and delicious. We went through the entire plate in a few minutes. Lol I love spicy food and I also love coleslaw; so I really enjoyed the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. I loved the combination of garlic aioli and chili sauce in the Meat Sweat Burger.

For dessert, we ordered “Mini Churros”, “Mango Sundae” and “Cookie Monster Milkshake”. Churros were chocolate filled and served with chocolate/caramel/Nutella sauce. Highly recommended. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure to explore their dessert menu very carefully as they have very...
