We walked in craving some spicy Thai food, and what an amazing experience it turned out to be!

This place opened just a few months ago and already has such great vibes. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes you simply can’t miss.

They have four spice levels — we went with “Hot” and it truly delivered the heat! We tried the Saturday Special (Chilli Chicken with Spring Roll & Pop), Pad Thai with Chicken, and Mango Salad.

Everything was freshly made in-house — from the plum sauce to the noodles — and the flavours were absolutely fantastic. The Chilli Chicken was bursting with authentic spice, and the Pad Thai was easily one of the best we’ve had anywhere.

The Mango Salad was fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. Even the spring rolls were crisp and light with minimal oil, showing they maintain their kitchen really well.

SOI Thaifoon is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the staff instantly make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuine. They check in throughout your meal to make sure you’re enjoying everything and ask if you need anything else without being overbearing.

Now, the food — incredible! The mango chicken was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked with just the right balance of sweet and savory. The beef dish was tender, rich, and packed with delicious Thai spices. I also had their sticky coconut rice, and it was honestly 10/10 — creamy, aromatic, and the perfect side to tie the whole meal together.

Another bonus: we didn’t have to wait long at all for the food to come out, which made the experience even better.
