Extremely unimpressed and pissed off. First time into this place, wasn't sure what I could order based on my dietary choices. Had help from a very friendly young man that helped me choose based on the allergy information list they have on the wall beside the cash, he even gave me a sample, which I appreciated, tasted great! As I was paying I got into a brief convo with whom I believe to be the owner, it was then I discovered there was actually milk in my order. I was shocked, that the allergy info sheet was not up to date. Had I actually been allergic, this would be a huge liability. She then scraped off the other flavour I had ordered (strawberry sherbert) and gave me a scoop of something else to go with it to replace the milk containing flavour. Meanwhile my dairy free flavour had shrank significantly in size. 5$ for a very small cup of sherbert and a very big cup of disappointment and disgust. My friend and I were looking for somewhere to have some vegan ice cream and we’re so glad that this place popped up! We read some reviews that said they had vegan options so we just had to give it a try!

The vegan ice cream is made with oat milk! We both got the salted caramel and “milk” chocolate which was a fantastic combo drool They have a few other oat milk ice cream options and loads of sorbet options that I’m for sure going to try next time!

Unfortunately I didn’t know or even think to ask but the first time I ordered from here I got the waffle cone not knowing what I know now! The second time I came here I overheard the people in front of us ordering being told that the waffle cones are made with egg! So this time I didn’t get the waffle cone.

Portions are very generous! When I got the medium it took me almost 30 minutes to finish it! Second time I got a small which was the perfect size!

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Can’t wait...

Sad to say (usually like this place) a pretty pathetic experience had with the gentleman tending to orders and the manner spoken down to, has lead to this poor review.

Ordered their Unicorn flavour ice cream, noticed after a while of eating it the flavour changed considerably due to being exposed to freezer burn. The gentleman I relayed this to acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about and was completely smug about the situation, in front of other customers.

Needless to say he was brought to his knees when another customer who ordered the same flavour returned her ice cream, also complaining of freezer burn taste.

With a poor attitude, we were offered a refund, which we turned down, as this was never about getting our money back. Thank you to the Manager who at least exemplified far better customer service and offered a...
