Pür & Simple — Restaurant in Oakville

I was very disappointed by this pure and simple location. As we entered, we could smell onions being fried. Our assigned waitress was not very gracious. She was covering way too many tables. When taking the order, she did not even ask how we wanted our poached eggs since we had ordered from the eggs benedict menu. They were over done. The fried potatoes served here, were fried with onions, which we found unusual since the other locations I've visited were without. We ordered the fried chicken benedict. The chicken pieces were small, over done and hard. We asked to begin with glasses of water. We were not asked if we wanted ice. Water temperature was tepid. And we had to ask for straws. The fruit pieces served on our plates were dry and more for decoration than they were edible. I have been to the etobicoke location and their service has continued to be really good. My family and I love going to Pur n Simple, We recently had the pleasure of dining at their new location in Oakville, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and right at home.

The menu offers an incredible variety of breakfast options, from classic favorites to innovative dishes that truly cater to every palate. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients used in every dish.

The service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure I had everything I needed and even accommodated my dietary preferences with a smile.

Great place for breakfast or break in your day if you happen to be out in bronte by the lake. The place is very ciean and fresh, well lit. There's a cute fountainhead and play area out front. This is not a parking lot. Parking is in the strip mall next door or the street, not sure.

Food is very well done, tasty, fulfilling, and bottomless coffee. Lots of extras with your order. You won't do hungry. WCs are clean and bright, very pleasant.

The prices are expensive, 15$ pp for a minimum breakfast order. 3 people the bill can easily got to 60$. It's surprising even out in this tiny town, far from the big city, the inflation disease hits. Like the pandemic, there's no escape. It gets crowded in the morning, and it might be a queue. So I guess nobody cares about prices anymore.
