Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Oakville

I don't usually write reviews and mostly appreciate good service in person but today i need to describe the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Firslty, the person didn't entertain us and we had to wait 10 minutes until the person completes the Uber order for which there was no one to pick. Moreover they have written for faster service please order online?what if someone needs help with the order and wanna make customize the order as the app doesn't show all the needed customizations. When he packing my burrito I saw that it was a bit loose and when i opened it everything was oozing outside in the bag but i didnt have time to ask them to make it again. When i reached home pulled beef was completely dry and it felt like it was made a week ago. In short i spent money and time to have such a bad experience. I have been to alot of fat bastard burrito but trust me this was the last time at Fat Bastard Burrito. Please hire people who know how to make burritos and provide better...

I ordered two chicken BURRITOS and the chicken wasn’t under cooked, it was RAW!! My partner had more than half not realizing what it was, when she had asked what’s in the burrito I had already taken a few bites and felt a weird chewy texture in the burrito. I’m writing this review because we are both sick to our stomachs! DISGUSTING!!!!! I’ve already emailed head office about this incident. This is not acceptable at all.

I experienced my first FBB today and I am so happy I stopped by. I ordered the chicken and had more toppings to choose from than I have ever experienced before. If there's one thing I dislike it is onions and they had so many tasty and fresh options for me to choose from - made some excellent suggestions; then it was toasted to perfection - they stepped around from behind the counter handing it to me and thanked ME for coming in.
