My Husband and I were looking for something different to try after our early morning shopping run. We were aware of the store, and he had done some research on foods that the restaurant and past customers were raving about. How fortunate were we, to encounter Mrs. Borka who educated us on the grill and hot meal options as we ended up with a Chevapi and a Veal Stroganoff dish. She also gave us a sample of the Burek. Since we had opted for dining in, Mrs. Borka, dropped by to see how we were doing and did we enjoy the choices? My Husband works in a environment that strives on being very Customer focused, and he saw exactly some of those qualities with Mrs. Borka.( She is definitely all about the Customer experience)

After our meal, we decided to extend our stay by trying a desert and gelato with a cup of coffee. Before departing we went by the counter to say Thank you for the Excellent Service and Food and happened to be introduced to Ms. Berenice who is a member of your Marketing Team. She took some time out to discuss some History of your Company and other choices that we might be interested in the next time we drop in. I am already planning on what dish, will I be taking for a friend to try when we go visiting next week and just mentioned the experience to my nephew who has passed by, but never gone in. Dropped in at the Oakville location for lunch. The young lady at the hot food counter was pleasant but sadly had no clue what she was doing. I ordered the Large Đuveć and Medium Stroganoff for dine in. She scooped about 4 scoops of a serving spoon in each plate, we asked how she knew what to serve for large vs. Medium since both servings were the same and she said "we just scoop". She asked me how to spell what I was ordering so she could charge me. No sides were offered or the special with the side. The food was authentic in flavour, no doubt about that, but $33 plus later we walked out hungry.
