Worst Restaurant experience of my 56 years on this planet. I came to this restaurant with 4 other people. We were directly seated and then forgot about. We sat with water at the table for 35-40 minutes. We all realize that the staff were very busy, but at 40 minutes without even a staff member even making eye contact with us, I decided to get up and speak to someone. The owner seconds later decided to address the restaurant and ask for our patients and said "Nonna in the Kitchen is not a machine". I however wanted to address her with the fact that Nonna wasn't behind the bar either. We hadn't even been offered a cocktail order, nor a possible basket of bread while we waited. It was a full hour before a beverage was brought to us. We decided to order our food at the same time that our drinks were taken, as we were sure we wouldn't se a staff member any time soon. Five people ordered food and not one person could say that they enjoyed their meal. I myself sent the worst Veal Marsala back to the kitchen. It was the toughest piece of veal served with a side order of Penne that was had so much sugar in the sauce that it tasted more like a dessert. Two people ordered the pizza bianco. One was burnt. The Caprese salad was a joke with the quartered Boccacinni in replacement of the Buffalo mozzarella. One of the people at the table was excited to order her favorite salad with blue Cheese and Pears.( Christina Salad). She decided to have grilled chicken to top it off. Sadly the chicken was dry and dressing was no where to be found, not to mention that there was hardly any blue cheese to be found in the salad. Her husband had ordered the Lasagna. He was surprised that it didn't come with garlic bread, and the option of extra cheese or fresh ground pepper was completely out of the question. The best part of the evening was when we witnessed the staff move people in the middle of their meal, to accommodate a party of 20 people! They couldn't keep up with the existing customers, but they decided to take more. We definitely weren't getting the second beer or specialty Coffee ordered 15 minutes previously. I have been in the service industry all of my life. This is definitely the worst management I have ever come across and I hope they read this and learn from it as a small business owner myself. My advice is make some changes or you are doomed.

Definitely my “Go to” place to celebrate birthday or for a casual solo evening or with family and friends. When you walk in you have three options where to sit. I personally prefer the dining side with wood oven pizza glowing behind the counter and its relaxing atmosphere. There is also the bar side and the outdoor patio for those summer nights. Christina’s Salad and Pizza Verdura alla Grilla are my absolute favourites. All pizzas are on thin crust and are super tasty. My friends who are pasta lovers cannot get enough of their pastas. Portion sizes are very generous. Selection of drinks and wines is very impressive. Order pitcher of Sangria. For dessert I recommend the house made tiramisu. Simply delicious! Greg, Candy and their staff provide great service. They make you feel so welcoming. As closing time was approaching and we’re about to leave a group of people walked in saying they’re cold and hungry. There was a brief eye contact between Greg and Candy and the flame in the oven goes up, orders are taken, drinks are being served and a happy group settles in. We thank you for the evening and say goodbyes. Justino’s is a very special place worth the drive. Unquestionably.

We were the only people there and our food took an hour to come out. We ordered two alcoholic cocktails both tasted like there was not a drop of booze in them just straight pop or juice. It was a hot day on the patio but they kept bringing out our drinks with no ice and at room temperature, I had to ask for ice twice. Now on to the food . if you love your food tasting only salt and garlic this is the place for you. The salt was overpowering on everything we ordered. We had arancini balls super salty. Pasta entrees are super salty. Basic pizza is very salty poorly cut and poorly made. Tiramisu we took to go and it was thrown in a box and tastes like something from a grocery store. Not sure if we just went on a day where all the staff was new or what but we went based on the positive reviews here and were greatly disappointed. 2 stars for the atmosphere and patio was nice.

I’m not a picky eater or one to post reviews but after my disappointing experience here with my boyfriend I would like to share our dine in experience. I’d like to note we had been here before and ordered the same thing and it was amazing but not this second time. We waited over an hour to get our main dishes. No one came to check on us during that time or let us know of the wait. The room was also getting full of smoke from the kitchen and the alarm went off about 4-5 times, and there was laughing coming from the kitchen.

We noticed a customer waiting to get a pizza they ordered for takeout. She got handed a pizza box and as she left and walked down the street a server went and chased her outside because they mixed her order with someone else who was waiting inside. I understand mistakes happen but it was just back to back chaos we witnessed, where it starts to be questionable.

My boyfriend and I ordered a margarita pizza to start. The server gave us a regular cheese pizza with no basil, and not the cut up mozzarella circles (which is a real margarita). We asked where the basil was and the server said they ran out. Like…okay why weren’t we informed before? We could have gotten a regular cheese pizza at pizza pizza lol. And also the top of the pizza had burnt edges (legit black) but the bottom was white as snow and undercooked (no exaggeration). When we got our main dishes (my boyfriend the linguine with chicken, and me the linguine with shrimp). His dish had a lot of oil, and mine the shrimp size was so tiny (the size of a penny). Similar to the kind you can get at food basics for cheap. It was not consistent with my last visit where the shrimp was large. Again, no one came to check on us after we got our food, or to refill our water. It was really disappointing, and it tasted bland because it needed salt. Again I’m not a picky eater but the food was not good and the service was very unprofessional. We will...

I was in the other day with a party of 5 and we had the WORST experience here. The only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered drinks. No one came back to check in on us and we had a different server take our food order. We ordered 4 pizzas and a pasta. The first pizza came and the rest came with 15-30 minutes between each pizza. I ordered a pasta that came an HOUR after the first pizza had arrived at our table. we complained multiple times to find out when the pasta would be arriving and were told repeatedly "it was being plated" even though no one went back to check in the kitchen. The two other tables in the restaurant were served their dinners before I received my pasta even though we had arrived before them. When the pasta finally arrived it was completely dry and uncooked in the middle. When we made our final complaint there was no apology or offer to make it right. When it was finally time to pay, someone finally came over to apologize for the pasta saying it was a busy evening and they dropped the ball. (there were 3 table in the entire restaurant all night) No one apologized or made an effort until it was time to pay the bill. Needless to say, we will not...
