If you are looking for fresh delicious Italian food or grocery items locally, look no further! We wish we had discovered this gem sooner!

My husband and I stopped by last week to grab some fresh pasta from the market and we enjoyed it so much we made a point of returning this week for more to enjoy with the rest of our family!

The spaghetti is delicious and has that perfect chewy tender texture! We are looking forward ro trying other shapes of pasta in future. We also purchased a jar of the meat sauce for our dinner and highly recommend it too! Our children had an argument about who is getting the left overs for lunch tomorrow (can you get higher praise from a picky eater?).

Of note, even though we arrived a few minutes after the posted closing time, we were warmly welcomed and told not to feel rushed as we made our selections. After I had paid, we were also generously gifted a slice of wonderful pizza which was devoured before we even made it back to our car (so in addition to the pasta and meat sauce we also...

Started coming here initially to try the too good to go app and the food was so amazing I regularly get it on the app but also I buy other stuff as well, everything is so ridiculously delicious, like the Boxing Day sandwich is life changing, all the sandwiches are amazing always top notch ingredients and the flavours……..🤤🤤 They probably think I have a Mercato abuse problem they see me so often and I absolutely do lol, the pizza is the best anytime I want to order pizza I’m like no what’s the point just go get Mercato and the round calzones are little fluffy glorious pockets of heaven, I’m only hesitant to write a review because I don’t want to make it even harder to catch to good to go from them or find parking but it’s too good to not share and I want them to stay open forever so don’t walk, run, and get yourself some of the best food this side of Toronto, for sure the best dough you can get anywhere, the bread is something I dream about, so glad I stopped eating low carb, I’ve never...

Visited today around 12 pm. Everything was fresh, looked fabulous, and there was a great variety to choose from. The slice costs $8, but it’s a good size, enough to fill you up. They’ll even cut it into two smaller pieces if you ask, making it easier to eat. They do serve coffee, though only espresso, which was fine for me. I also saw a note saying they serve lasagna on Sundays, and they offer cooking classes too. They have salads, desserts, and even vacuum-sealed pizza slices for convenience.

There are a few tables inside—around three—plus a small bar area with seating for about three people near the window. The place is super clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe, perfect for chatting. The girl who served us was friendly and offered some helpful recommendations. Overall, a really nice experience, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be going back, which for me is a big sign of a good place and great service!...

Visited Mercato Sociale with my family and we absolutely loved it. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — just how it should be. We tried the prosciutto sandwich and the classic chicken, both packed with flavour. The potato and onion pizza was also a standout — definitely worth trying. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A place we’ll gladly come back to!

Want to have lunch in Italy from Canada? This is how you do it (without the flight!). With our Italian loving 3 year old as our tour guide, we wandered in and we left with pizza and a prosciutto burrata sandwich. The ingredients were such high quality, but Enzo’s bread and pizza dough were really fantastic. No one wanted to share 😂 This spot feels like the type of place where you want to be a regular. Can’t wait to go back.

Simply amazing! The pizza was delicious, and the sandwiches were incredible. We tried the pizza with potatoes (I don’t remember the name) — such a treat! We also had the Parmigiana and another flavor with cheese and a type of ham — absolutely sensational. It was a wonderful surprise. The service was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it! So happy to have a little taste of Italy here in Oakville.
