Title: Disappointed by Excessive Markups

I appreciate having a natural grocery option in the neighborhood and supporting local businesses. However, I’ve recently noticed significant price increases on many natural brands compared to other retailers.

For example, the Acure Clarifying Shampoo now costs $21.50 here, while the exact same product is consistently available at nearby stores and online for $14–16. That’s a 30–40% markup, which feels unreasonable and unfair to customers trying to make affordable, conscious choices.

While I understand overhead costs are higher for brick-and-mortar shops, this level of price difference comes across as price gouging, especially since these are everyday essentials for many people with sensitivities or specific health needs.

I hope management will consider revisiting pricing strategies to align more closely with fair market value. Until then, I’ll be purchasing my hair and body care...

Well managed and well kept location. Staff are friendly and knowledgable on the products. They have a fantastic selection of olive oils , unadulterated , single origin and organic options. Also a wide variety of barbecue sauces and hot sauces. Like all health food stores pricing is on the high side , with 1 single avocado costing $4.00, however, as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Hopefully, one day the world can find a way to make the food that is the best for you cost less or even the same as the crap thats out there at a fraction of the price. Sure you can find a Litre of Olive Oil for $10.00 but it’s fake and inflammatory. The plaza gets busy so finding parking close by might be tight.
