WINGSTOP OAKVILLE — Restaurant in Oakville

This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. First off, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and honestly, they acted like they didn’t want customers there either. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees chatted among themselves, completely ignoring me. When I finally got someone’s attention, they didn’t even greet me—just stared like I was inconveniencing them for ordering food.

After taking my order, the cashier barely spoke, mumbled something I couldn’t understand, and looked annoyed when I asked them to repeat it. The wait for my food was ridiculous—20 minutes at a fast food joint! I get it, things can get busy, but this place wasn’t even crowded. When my wings finally came out, the order was wrong, and the wings were barely warm. I brought it up politely, and they acted like it was my fault. The employee just shrugged and told me, "We can’t fix it now, we’re too busy."

No apology, no effort to make it right. The customer service was beyond terrible—zero professionalism, and everyone working there looked miserable. I’ve never seen a fast-food place where the employees cared so little. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back. If you value your time and even remotely decent service, stay far away...

This was my first and last time eating at Wingstop. I ordered the 24 piece family pack and was extremely disappointment. Firstly the fries were cold, stale, hard and tasteless. I ordered 8 boneless Mango Habanero wings, 8 boneless Spicy Korean Q and 8 bone in Garlic Parmesan. All of them were terrible for the lack of a better word. The boneless wings were extremely soggy and borderline inedible. The flavour of the Mango Habanero sauce itself was ok but the sogginess was an immediate turn off. The Spicy Korean sauce was extremely salty and over sauced which made for an even soggier boneless wing. The Garlic Parmesan bone in wings were quite possibly the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. The flavour itself was not good to begin with but what made it worse was the fact that it was extremely dry and over cooked. My 2 toddlers didn’t eat a thing apart from a few stale fries and my husband and I both ended up getting the runs. The only part of this meal that was enjoyable was the Cajun Corn and the ranch sauce which lives up to the hype. Needless to say I will never be returning again.

What a huge disappointment from a viral spot that I wished hit the spot.

Starting with their filthy storefront littered with garbage and food stains on almost every table, and the garbage spilling out of the garbage cans, to the extremely slow service while the staff chatted to their friends in the dining area, this restaurant was a complete letdown.

We went on a Friday night around 10 pm and it wasn’t slow but wasn’t super busy and waited probably 30 mins for some horrible wings. Considering the exorbitant price for such small wings, you can expect to be disappointed by their lack of flavor and size. The only good thing I will say is the ranch was pretty good but that’s about it. The wings were so DRY and completely over fried - super lacklustre and they gave me about 16 fries lol. You can tell there’s no pride or care in the prep of the food. Please see photos as references. At least if it was delicious I would want to go back for more but enough is enough. I truly feel like I was robbed and I will never come back again. You can get better wings at the Wingery (that’ll tell you something) or Korean BBQ chicken right across the street which is also pricey but...
