ordered at 6:00pm walk over at 6:15, tell them i ordered online and my name was told it would be 10 minutes as they were busy i sit and wait while waiting i hear multiple people say they called in and have to explain their order as they arent asking for names or anything when accepting a order through the phone 5 minutes later they place a pizza on the warm tray by 6:40 they see me sitting and ask me if i had ordered yet repeat info i said when i walked in they grab the pizza from the warming tray that has now been sitting there for 15 minutes, read the receipt that says 3 pops sprite and ask me which drinks i want after getting all my items i was told to ring the bell next time so they know when i get there 5 minute walk home and now eating a luke warm pizza that i honestly would of been better off without

I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza online, and I received a large cheese.On my bill it showed large pepperoni pizza and I paid for a large 2 topping pizza. I informed the location about the mistake they made and all I got told to do was to call customer service. Called customer service because I was told they could help me resolve my issue. Customer service told me that there was nothing they could do for me because on their system it showed that I had ordered a large cheese pizza. They told me that they were not going to do anything to help us. I asked if they could refund me for the extra topping that they did not put on the pizza and they told me they could not do that and that they would not do that.
