I love souvlaki hut. The food is excellent and the portions are perfect but I had a not so nice experience with the employee serving me At the Kerr street location. I ordered 2 chicken souvlaki dinners for pick up and when I drove home they forgot too add the one essential item in order to eat the meal which was the tzatziki.
I called the store to let them know of the crucial mistake and the women on the phone told me to come back to the store to compensate for the mess up. So I drove 12 mins to go back to the location And when I arrived the women gave me one extra tzatziki sauce on top of the original 2 I was supposed to have. I told her that this is ridiculous to make me come all the way back here for the tzatziki especially because I wasnât going to be eating my food till 40 minutes after I have received it.
You make me take 2 trips back to your store when I was told I was being compensated, all for an extra tzatziki which isnât even needed since one is more than enough. I told her that she wasted my time and money now that my food is cold. She then went on and proceeded to question me on if I have a microwave and if so, to just heat up at home.
Extremely appalled and unprofessional response. when I spend money on food I expect to eat it fresh not to go home and be told to microwave it because of mistake That you made.. Not only that but both my time and gas money wasted because you told me you were going to compensate me.    Read morePlaced pick up order to nice gentleman and asked for recommendation chicken souvlaki and salad. A combo was recommended, he said it also comes with rice fries or potatoes. I said ok rice/potatoes he said he could do half and half. Paid $45, salads were missing but it was closed by the time we realized.
I called today (the next day) and spoke to a woman who just kept asking me what I ordered and telling me why I was wrong⌠so after 5 mins of being told I was wrong, I said never mind and hung up. I then went to the online menu to see if they had indeed charged me too much. I called back and she told me she was âtoo busy to deal with thisâ and I said okay I guess Iâll go explain what happened on google and she said âthatâs fineâ and hung up. So here I am. đ¤ˇđźââď¸ As a business owner I know I wouldnât speak to people that way.

Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. You read that right - an hour and a half. Thats just not justifyable. I'm less than 5km from them - and it wasnt skips fault - they confirmed it was the restaurant that was behind.
Food was decent which is why this is getting 2 stars at all, but the fries for one order were cold and stale.
Also stop putting food from spearate orders together - they should be separated. One bag of pita, dessert, and mixed all the tzatziki together isn't what was requested - it should all be in separate containers like all the others locations do it.
Finally - why no cutlery. How would you expect people to eat their orders? Please include cutlery with...
