Teriyaki Experience — Restaurant in Oakville

Food looks Good, that’s the only good thing here. I’m sorry they say their authentic Japanese food made in Japan on their wall….. sorry to say it’s not. The ramen was bland, i asked for my wife’s ramen spicy, no spice no salt just super bland. I got the chicken and shrimp bento box and it was also bland. I added their signature teriyaki sauce. Made it okay ish. Still needed salt so I added lots of soy sauce made it okay. But for sayin it’s authentic, it’s really not. Everything was bland. I wanted to throw away the food but my wife didn’t want to waste it. Since it was a bit expensive. 49 bucks… I would have expected better. The only thing my wife liked was the sparkling water we got. I told them we it was bland. But they didn’t seem Receptive. I really don’t want to go back and spend all that cash for bland food. I won’t be going back. The staff was nice it looked nice but not very good, I can cook better but it was date night and didn’t want to cook so we like to try local places to eat. Will not be returning....

I've been a loyal customer of this brand since its "Made in Japan" days, and I'm happy to say that Teriyaki Experience has kept the flame burning bright. This new location and apparently headquarters, feels like the epicenter of teriyaki goodness, with a bustling energy and friendly staff who seem to know your order before you even place it mind readers, I swear! 🔮

While the core menu items are consistently delicious, I'm a big fan of their recent additions. Those sesame seeds and red hot chili peppers add a delightful kick to the classic flavours. It's like a little flavour party in your mouth!

If you're a teriyaki enthusiast, this place is recommended. Just be prepared to leave with a satisfied smile and...

Delicious food, the staff is super friendly and Asian which is nice to see. Definitely feels and tastes more authentic, unfortunately they do not really speak English so communication was a little difficult but they did everything they could to understand me and they are super friendly which makes up for it. It is a clean environment, ample parking and tasty food. 4 stars for food because of the language barrier I sometimes get the wrong items. 4 star for service for the same reason. I don't complain though. They're friendliness makes up for it for me. I have a special needs son they are very nice to him and they have often walked me to my car with the food if he's causing me trouble. I've dined in...
