CoCo's online pickup service has been excellent where my orders are always correct and are always ready within 10 mins. But this did not happen last Saturday evening (June 1, 2024).
During this time, I was waiting for my online pickup for over 20 mins and I noticed that there were a lot of people. I can understand why it would take longer. I waited for additional 10 mins and I still do not see any updates in my email. I went inside and talked to the lady to ask where my order is. The lady did not apologize for this incident first of all and her explanation was "my order just came in". This answer bothered me and there was no accountability in her. Also, she treated me like an idiot when talking to her, since I know that online pickup system works very well. I can understand that the place is busy, but she should have accountability working in a customer service. An apology may be a small gesture, but it can help ease the tension in the long run. She did not try any method to diffuse the situation. Not sure if the employee is new since I havent seen her before. I was not able to get her name. I just hope this does not become a trend. I am not comfortable coming back...

Finally when I asked if they were preparing my order they acted surprised, I told them I ordered online and was told I should get a notification when it's ready, I told them it's been 30 minutes and I've watched them serve everyone in the store without even acknowledging me and was told "well I didn't know if you were waiting" I asked back "So you didn't even acknowledge or ask me" only to be told "well you were just standing there". Workers got my drink wrong and I called and they keep saying that I have to go back for them to refund it even if I ordered it online or I can’t even go back the next day to get the RIGHT DRINK that I am supposed to get and that I actually paid for. The employee is very rude questioning how can I go pick and and drink and now I can’t go back right away to get it right.
