Literally at a loss of words - Tim Hortons on 2303 Lakeshore Rd W absolutely surpassed my Tim Hortons dining expectations, and quite frankly, I have never had a dining experience quite like it! I take a trip down to Oakville every year specifically to go to this Tim Hortons Location. It is more than worth the drive from Detroit! Their staff consistently brightens my day and are absolutely amazing individuals I always look forward to having a conversation with (an admiral mention being a gentleman named Jacob, keep up the good work young man!) I usually order their Artisan Style Grilled Cheese with their signature, Canadian-made Coffee. Their Artisan Style Grilled Cheese were as stellar as ever with their deep, rich and creamy cheese, crisp and lightly-toasted bread as well as their plethora of sides. Everything was portioned out miraculously in detail - my order looked exactly like the display images on the menu! The Canadian-made Coffee has a homegrown feeling to it - like grandma used to make, it always brings me back to the good ol' days.
Thank you Tim Hortons on 2303 Lakeshore Rd W! We will see you again same time next year! Please save us our...
Read moreAsked to double toast and they gave me this. The audacity to serve this to a customer and thinking it's okay. Makes me wonder how they train their staff or if they care about their work.
I had to drive back and asked to get another one. I showed it to him and other customers behind started laughing. The guy knew what bagel it was because I think he worked on this bagel. He told me to throw it out because it was embarrassing to show in front of other customers. This guy who works there for early morning shift on Friday, showed me the new toasted bagel and it was still burnt. I said politely that it's still burnt and he said he works at Tim Hortons so he knows what double toasted means and gave me an attitude.
I've asked politely to redo it and he saw I was writing this review and completely changed his attitude and apologized.
Whoever is the supervisor for this location, please review your staff customer service protocol.
P.S. I should have looked at the previous reviews before coming to this location. Most people don't think this location is all that great seeing how the service hasn't really improved judging by past...
Read morecame in tonight to grab some drinks on the way back to toronto with my partner after rock climbing in Burlington. We arrived at 9:58pm and no one answered the drive through. we saw someone ordering inside so we just assumed that they were busy and waited around 10 minutes. we then saw two employees leave out the back, look at us, and run to their car. assuming the drive through was closed we parked to go inside but the entire store seemed to be closed even though the posted hours are until 11pm (for reference we went to go inside when it wasn’t even 10:20pm). the lights were off, the doors were locked, and it’s very obvious it was closed. I get it’s late and people want to go home, but 40 minutes before closing is genuinely so unprofessional, especially when they saw us waiting there and just ran away to their cars :( we wanted to get drinks to drive home since it’s late, but now we can’t even go to another Tim Hortons because the next ones will be closed by the time we get there. very disheartening about the lack of care and worth ethic at...
