Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. I went yesterday twice and both times the service was beyond horrible.
First visit: I ordered pizza, and they were making it on a filthy, dirty surface. When I simply asked them to put something underneath for cleanliness, instead of doing the obvious and fixing it, the staff started arguing with me. And then, instead of correcting their mistake, they pushed a refund on me like that’s their only trick. I wasn’t asking for my money back — I wanted my food made properly.
Second visit: I ordered a protein latte with no sugar. They gave me a completely wrong drink — just a regular iced latte. When I complained, same nonsense again. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, they started arguing, being rude, and acting like I was the problem. The so-called supervisor, Komal, was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and insulting. Totally unprofessional and zero respect for customers.
Honestly, this location is a joke. Do they have some kind of ritual where the only solution is to argue and throw refunds at people instead of actually doing their job? Food safety ignored, wrong orders, rude behavior, and a supervisor with an attitude problem. Pathetic service — never...
Read moreWent through the drive thru on May 17 at 6:10am. I noticed the person at the window had on gloves as she took cash from the car in front of me. I then watched as I was waiting for my order, a small French vanilla & egg bites. I watched her take the egg bites from the container with the gloves on that she took the cash from the previous person. When she gave me my order, I simply said to her “you should change your gloves when touching the food, you are touching the cashier, the scanner & then touching the food”. Her response….we change our gloves every 10 mins…what does that even mean?? You work in food service, it should be known you don’t touch the food with the same gloves you touched everything else with or…how about using tongs for the egg bites. I was so disgusted I threw my egg bites away!! Need to do better & not give customers such nonsense reasonings/excuses for using the same gloves you used to accept cash, use the scanner, touch the cash register & the French vanilla machine & then put the egg bites in it’s container.
Update: cannot complete survey, I did not receive a receipt. Also…when trying to add comments to the customer service section, the submit option is not...
Read moreI travel to this Tim's quite often given the fact I live in Clarkson and it's right down the road from me. There is one employee in particular I felt needed the recognition in her excellent customer service stature she exudes daily. Today I finally asked her name, Lauren. Lauren is always kind, she's energetic at the window (despite the long line of cars behind me), and she greets you with a warm personal welcome when you arrive. You can tell her charisma and compassion for others is something that comes naturally and she makes going to that Tim's better than anywhere else for this very reason. I look forward to seeing her smile and in turn it sets a precedent of how I begin my day. It's the little things that go a long way in this world. If we could have more people like Lauren, it would be a better place overall. So this is my thank you to Lauren for making my morning coffee routine pleasurable with nothing but positive vibes and an enjoyable start to the day. You are great and you deserve to be validated in how amazing your personal skills are....
